They are accessible and efficient but a lot of tasks or changes or requests made are responded with that it would require charges. **What do you dislike about Ideagen EHS?** The system operates slowly, lacks flexibility in the features we can control, and requires a considerable level of development effort or charges for even the smallest tasks or changes. The flow is not intuitive and it creates frustration with the sites. Team members express frustration with the large amount of "clicks" that are required to enter the information. They also express frustration with believing the information is entered, but then getting error messages alerting them to incomplete information. Clicking those messages do not bring team members to the appropriate location - which adds to frustration. **Recommendations to others considering Ideagen EHS:** Walk through each module to understand the work expected for each section. **What problems is Ideagen EHS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Biggest issue remains user accessibility.
