I like the incredibly simple approvals system. The rapid document viewer is excellent. There was recently low uptake of usage of the mobile app and ideagen decided to shut down the app. Following feedback from the customers they decided to keep it running. Huddle make it relatively easy to collaborate with partners across various organisations. Sharing files is straightforward and secure, and for video production, the preview mode makes it so much easier for collaborators to view videos. Rather than uploading large files to a transfer service, which then need to be downloaded (usually within a time limit), Huddle lets you share a viewable link.

I like the layout of the software - its very easy to navigate. I also like the fact you can drag and drop files into a specific folder and it will automatically update the file to the most recent revision, whilst letting you also see previous revisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
