What do you like best about Ideagen Audit Analytics?

In my particular case, I requested data I needed for a study that was not readily available in any of the available databases. Even though my request was sent out in the middle of the holidays, my request was fulfilled quickly, so I was still able to finish my study report before my deadline. What do you dislike about Ideagen Audit Analytics?

Prior to requesting the data for my replication study, I could not find the data I needed, even though I had clear instructions to collect the data from an Audit Analytics database, which was a bit frustrating. However, after contacting the support team, they were quick to assist me with my needs and they explained why the dataset I needed was not available in any of the regular databases, which made up for the prior. What problems is Ideagen Audit Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used Audit Analytics to gather data on audit delays, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Both the regularly available databases and the separately provided dataset allowed me to carry out my statistical procedures for my report. What do you like best about Ideagen Audit Analytics?

One such highlight of Ideagen Audit Analytics is its automated workflows. They take away the repetitive task allowing me to focus on the things that are more strategic in terms of auditing. Some example of this would be that automated data collection and data verification have greatly reduced manual work. Secondly the risk assessment tools are also top notch. This helps in quickly identifying and prioritizing the risks effectively, with the focus on the critical areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Audit Analytics?

It has a complex and time consuming setup. It involves a great knowledge of what the software can accomplish and how it should be manipulated for a given requirement. More importantly, the user interface could be enhanced more. It’s functional and yet at times feel cluttered which is making it a little bit impossible to navigate. The last is that the integration with other tools could also be smoother. Connecting with external systems is sometimes hiccups, workflows will pause until the remote system gets answered. What problems is Ideagen Audit Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using Ideagen Audit Analytics, audit process management was a manual and prone to error process. The audit activities had been tracked using spreadsheets and emails and this was inefficient and prone to errors. With Ideagen Audit Analytics, however, everything is centralized and automated. It is simple to create an audit plan course, keep track of progresses and generate reports all in one place. It has greatly enabled our audit process to be more accurate and faster. Instant intel on audit spending, who's who, audit flag detail, and tons of great information about our prospects (and customers).
