**What do you like best about ID Shield?**

I felt secure in the event of identity theft

**What do you dislike about ID Shield?**

Cost to perceived value is low. I know the threat of theft is real but the cost was more pressing, especially since you had to renew it annually

**What problems is ID Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing an insurance-like service in the event of identity theft

**What do you like best about ID Shield?**

The end user has good things to say. The service you are buying is what you get.

**What do you dislike about ID Shield?**

The admin portal is really rough. It's difficult to get anything transacted in the portal. There are no enrollment/termination exceptions that are made.

**What problems is ID Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a nice added benefit to the employees.
