While our clients ultimately looked for a more traditional approach, we saw firsthand the sophistication and potential in ICUSTOMS’ tech. The ICS2 module is another area that’s promising — especially as enforcement deadlines approach. Haroon and the team were responsive, knowledgeable, and open to collaboration. We’ll certainly keep recommending them where a tailored solution is needed. **What do you dislike about iCustoms: Global Trade Management Solution?** While the IDP module is clearly ahead of its time in terms of technology and innovation, some of our clients found the interface and workflow unfamiliar compared to more traditional systems. Whilts it took us a great deal of time to learn and navigate the platform, we are now confident and familiar with the system and we can manage our customs making incredible savings in admin time The ICustoms team have been very diligent in providing trainning and support when we need it and they have also provided a personalized service to us. **What do you dislike about iCustoms: Global Trade Management Solution?** ICustoms could make improvements by creating better handbooks or written guides so the users can solve problems witout needing to wait for the customer support team to contact them.
