**What do you like best about iCrederity?**

I like how useful it is to help us perform are routinely checks. In the past we have struggled getting our employees and new hires drug tests in on time. Icrederity helps us keep everything in one place for us to resort back to.

**What do you dislike about iCrederity?**

I do wish that the software was less expensive making it easier to get approval from C level executives for us to use or purchase. This would have been imperative when we were first starting out and did not have an HR team.

**Recommendations to others considering iCrederity:**

I would highly advise if you need help organizing like we did!

**What problems is iCrederity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us with our background checks for our employees that we are in the process of hiring. We mainly use it for drug testing and background checks for our new hires.
