**What do you like best about iControlWP?**

- Many useful features
- Super friendly and quick support
- Works reliably

**What do you dislike about iControlWP?**

- Very outdated look and feel
- Because of this, not as easy to use as it could be
- Overall not as attractive as ManageWP which I switched to
- I like Pricing structure of ManageWP more because of the flexibility and higher-end packages you can get. Though iControlWP is very affordable for sure!
- Reporting features not as good

**Recommendations to others considering iControlWP:**

I believe you can try both iControlWP and ManageWP for free, so I'd recommend just trying them and see which is best FOR YOU! iControlWP is great for sure. I just put a lot of importance in the design of the apps I use and that was a deciding factor for me.

**What problems is iControlWP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously, managing updates from 1 dashboard as well as security features. I had a very good experience with iControlWP, but it just wasn't good enough for my personal/business use case.
