## iContact Reviews
  ### 1. iContact Success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan G. | Pro Shop Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

I like the templates iContact provides. They are super easy to use and a great starting point for email marketing/keeping customers in the know! I tried other platforms and loved the simplistic design and user friendly platform iContact has. It was able to easily get my email put together in a breeze without having to jump through 85 hoops like other platforms! AWESOME for time efficiency from start to finish!

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

I do not like that I have to constantly delete pictures from my library in order to include them in the email. I subscribe already and that just adds more time onto the whole process when I get denied or cannot edit a photo and save it to the template because I am out of storage.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

I was driven to iContact because of the price, effectiveness, user friendliness, and trial period. Within the trial period of using it, I felt like a master. I was able to move in and out of the site with ease, create content, and schedule the content in advance. I HIGHLY recommend iContact!

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email marketing in general has been a huge learning curve and was a focus through the end of the year. The scheduling ahead ability was a game changer during the holidays!!

**Official Response from Carlos Petersen:**

> Hello Jordan and thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback, we most definitely appreciate the information that you have provided here.

  ### 2. Great services for nonprofits, and continually adding useful features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mandie S. | Graphic Design, WordPress Development, and Content Strategy Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

I have used iContact for over 10 years now, alongside other programs. They are continually developing new features, and offer wonderful discounts to nonprofits. Their message builder is easy to use, and managing contacts is simple and straightforward. Their theming is also very easy to customize and use for future messages.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Their builder used to be hard and difficult to use, but it updated a few years back and is much, much better now. I'm hoping more drag and drop functionality will come soon. When they changed the "Unsubscribe" default to "Manage Subscription" we had to contact support to figure out how to change it back, and it annoyed our customers. We had tried to use a copy and paste hack, but that didn't work very well. It important to have one click unsubscribe as the default.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

When compared to other list services, managing contacts is easier in iContact. MailChimp tends to hide things under a lot of tabs, but iContact is easier to find.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage multiple email lists for clients, and the ability to easily create and save templates without a complicated interface (see MailChimp) has been great to teach others who need to use it. We have been able to keep our communities connected to upcoming events, auditions, and jobs, through TriangleSings. Other nonprofits have been able to send out stories and fundraising emails and greatly increase their engagement with their base.

**Official Response from Carlos Petersen:**

> Hello Mandie and thank you very much for taking the time to leave this wonderful and detailed feedback for us, its always really great to hear from a long time customer such as yourself.

  ### 3. Great Layouts, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace S. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

I like how easy it is to download and change pictures and other content in the email. For someone who isn't experienced with any type of coding, I find the email layouts really intuitive. Creating fancy emails is way easier than I thought it would be.

I also like how it gives you data based on how many people opened and clicked your content. Having this information makes it easy to see what works and what doesn't work in terms of engagement.

Another thing I like is that you can reuse templates and fill it in with new information so you don't have to start from scratch every time you start an email.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

It's a little frustrating that most of the emails I send out will end up in people's junk mail. I wish there was an extra setting to steer the blasts into people's inbox.

The other thing I find frustrating is that sometimes the format and fonts will change from the previews to the physical emails that go out. It makes the content look less professional and I wish there was a way to fix this moving forward.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

It's definitely a great tool to use. Just Make sure that you test to see what the emails look like in your physical email before you send them out. Some fonts and formats stick while others are degraded by email settings. That is the only big issue I've had with using icontact, but they have told me there are working on improving this in the future. Either way, our sales have increased. Luckily, the help support at iContact is really helpful.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are definitely driving sales with iContact. Having a weekly email blast has helped us create a "wine of the week" special, a program we have never implemented before using iContact.

It also makes streamlining contact database easy, and gets out message out quickly. We had so many different excels from our sales reps, and it was easy to combine them all into one big database in iCloud's system. It's also helpful that, when we want to, we can separate databases out and specialize the emails we send out.

It's also helping us keep track of our engagement with our clients, and learn what works and what doesn't work. Having the physical graphs and charts to look at to determine audience engagement has been really really helpful.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan H. | Director of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

iContact is pretty easy to use. You can create custom campaigns, segments for targeting and track recipient behavior while allowing your organization to remain CANSPAM compliant!

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

I wish they wouldn't have removed the survey featured a few years ago. IT was simple and easy to create a survey that looked professional. Now I have to use another third-party platform for this.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to send bulk, HTML emails about my organization.

  ### 8. Great service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2021

I love how easy iContact makes it for me to stay in touch with potential customers. I have tried other services, but have not found anyone who provides the same quality as iContact, the same ease or the price for the service.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

I am still waiting to find a downside to iContact.

**Official Response from Carlos Petersen:**

> This feedback is outstanding, thank you very much for leaving it!

  ### 9. Easy to use, stick with the basic services instead of pro

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin M. | Past President and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

Easy of use to build emails and upload contacts. They have several options for packages based on the way you plan to use the service makes it easier to tailor it to your business model. The automation feature is very helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

I started with the PRO version and the added benefits were not worth the extra money. The staff who was assigned to help me make use of the extras was not very helpful and as a result, i did not get much more out of the service than i would have gotten if i had just had the basic package.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do a lot of email marketing to my list and it is crucial to have a service to manage my list and to be able to easily set up emails to contact them.

**Official Response from Carlos Petersen:**

> Thanks very much for taking the time to leave this feedback for us Gavin.

  ### 10. iContact for Clarksville Parks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken C. | Communications Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

The system is very easy to use, and does not require a lot of HTML knowledge.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

There are not enough templates for various holidays and events.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iContact makes it simple and easy to communicate with our customers whether it is a monthly newsletter or a special message about an important event.

  ### 11. Easy to use and very convenient!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian P. | Membership Secretary for the American Arachnological Society, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

Managing lists of emails is easy and intuitive, and the automatic payment system and the price for the service is affordable.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

When creating an email "from scratch," the tabs are counterintuitive-- I have to first pick a Row, then Content, but Content is the default first tab. All too frequently I forget this and try to start with content instead of making "rows". I also wish it were easier to embed a picture within the text of the email created.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

If you're looking for a way to send emails to large numbers of people in your organization or society without being flagged as spam, this is the best tool for that purpose!

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have to worry about my email system accusing me of spamming people because I have too many recipients.

**Official Response from Carlos Petersen:**

> Thank you very much for your feedback Brian.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Packaging and Containers | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

The system is very buggy. Not great for automation either.

Abandoned the platform due to it's bad user experience. Automation portion did not perform as expected. Many other better platforms out there in the same price range.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary L. T. | Author, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

I’ve relied on iContact for over a decade to reach readers of my column on literature and the arts on the intellectual site Factsandarts.com. I do find the recent improvements, such as the ability to add a YouTube video well-worth what I am paying to get my essays out to my subscribers. No spam—so readers are fully protected.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

I have had to learn how to use iContact’s new images and texts and how to edit—and to be honest have found it difficult, but have figured it out, mostly. Also when someone unsubscribes, I can never add them back—even if they ask me.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Major benefit is more readers for my column. Still working on using their images and formats that are supposed make things easier--and am doing a bit better at that. I wish I were better at this aspect and at getting help, but iContact is always there to help.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

Easy to use interface and connects with Google Analytics well. I can't speak to how easy the creation and designing of templates is because we use code exported from another platform, but do you have access to the HTML code, which is immensely helpful when troubleshooting design issues. The management of contacts is quite easy as well. Our account manager is highly responsive when needed.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

You are unable to export metrics like click, CTR, opens, etc., in a report format, which is surprising, as this seems to be basic functionality that an email marketing platform should support.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to reach over 160,000 newsletter subscribers on an immediate, weekly, and monthly frequency. Our newsletters end up driving about 15-20% of traffic to our website.

  ### 28. I use Icontact with Salesforce and I think its a valuable tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

Great designer that can be used instead of the native salesforce email designer. I like the features that they add to salesforce campaignes such as retargeting tracking links, very powerful and the fact that all my salesforce license users can see that data without having to use that old HTMl report which only the sender of bulk email when using the bulk email send through salesforce classic. I also like that it provides open rates, click rates, etc. My most favorite feature is that I can send the email from anyone in my company very valuable.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

not really a negative but I wish they would add more features and keep developing on it.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

sending bulk emails without a marketing platform and providing some great simple data on the success of an email. Great if you are not looking to get too deep.

The software is excellent; it will help you create a solid marketing experience with a lot of quality. iContact is excellent; you will like it for your marketing department.

iContact it user friendly, and you can create nice looking templates

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

It occasionally freezes up and you have to exit and start over. Not often though

**Reviewed by:** Bill M. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Seamless integration with Salesforce campaigns and mail templates - makes it very easy to get communications out there and get selling

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Sometimes need to reconnect it and it's not always clear when the API link is down, maybe need a status "light" - also the ability to map more user fields over from SF would be great

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

Excellent if you need a mail sender to tie in seamlessly with Salesforce with good metrics and reporting too

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending marcomms mails to our contacts weekly, as we can use native SF email templates and integrate with campaigns is very easy

  ### 33. World's renowned tool for conducting email campaigns efficiently

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about iContact?**

This is mind blowing tool and it comprises of well-designed templates that helps us save precious time. It consists of variety of superb tools for making interesting designs. Its interface looks very clean, clear and pleasant. Its ease of use fascinates users. This is the most reliable source of having smooth communication with our clients. This is the excellent tool to give professional look to marketing stuff.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

There is nothing bad in it. It is really doing a very great job. It comprises of wide range of well-designed tools in order to completely satisfy users. It is equipped with every essential feature for automating emails effectively. Some of the tools it offers have high cost. This is the only drawback that I hardly found.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

It is indeed a very excellent tool. I would say this is ideal tool for organization where there is frequent need of mass email campaigns. It will keep you up to date related to current situations. Moreover it gives you the golden opportunity of establishing effective relationships with customers.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is matchless marketing product. This is the most convenient way of inserting images into our emails through which we can better advertise our products. The presence of editing feature is no less than a blessing to me that helps me in reviewing and testing my recently created emails. Further there is also option of removing typing errors too. Summing up my views I would say this is the most helpful tool.

  ### 34. email marketing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2017

**What do you like best about iContact?**

ability to send a lot of emails quickly and works great with twitter. I also like the reporting you get show each campaigns results.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

The linkedIn component often doesn't work causing me to have to do that manually. it used to work but over the past or so it hasn't been working.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

Make sure you use the spam check prior to sending emails to avoid ending up in peoples junk mail.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to stay in touch with referral sources and source deals/

  ### 35. Regular and Happy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabrina M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

I like the ability to copy and reuse previously sent emails. Formatting and continuity are important to me and the ability to remain consistent in my communications to clients is paramount. Branding is key for me!

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

limited segmentations, image library space

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

I recommend iContact if you're looking for a user friendly, relatively inclusive program to reach your audience. With the option to store images and re-use prior sent communications makes creating very efficient.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We love being able to reach our clients on a regular basis to remain top of mind.

  ### 36. Easy to use platform that gets the job done

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | Marketing Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

How easy it is to create great looking emails in a short period of time.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

After an update, some functionality was lost that could only be added back in with HTML code (so you need to have coding experience).

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

If you're looking for an easy to use email marketing platform with great support, iContact is your way to go.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are answering questions that clients and prospects have by sending content on recent tax law changes, which includes the three COVID-19 relief bills.

  ### 37. Deleted Contacts After too many Bounces

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

It was a fast way to contact many people. I thought the email templates are nice and it was easy to send out newsletters and holiday marketing.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Deleted contacts after bounced. I would have like to keep the good ones and bad ones to filter them out but tech team deleted everything from my account. I would have liked it if someone consulted me before doing this instead of just citing spam laws and deleting every contact I have.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

Make sure you are not sending out mass emails to leads and that everyone has signed up via your website or they will flag your account and delete everything.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deleting of contacts without permission. Benefits - nice emails are sent out and trial email is nice to preview what it would look like.

  ### 38. IContact is user friendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

I like all the templates they provide to get you started. I also like how easy it is to add contacts to lists and delete the ones you don't need anymore.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

I don't like that I can't easily delete all my bounced emails at one time. I also don't like that there is no warning when the system is down, which has happened a couple times while I was trying to send out an email.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IContact is helping me see how effective each email blast is by showing me the accurate open rates and details of what links they clicked on and when. I have realized that there are so many cool features that I haven't even used yet!

  ### 39. Solid Platform with Some Limitations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry v. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2017

**What do you like best about iContact?**

The iContact for Salesforce offered the functionality that was most valuable for our company.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

The email builder was very basic, and unless you have HTML skills, it won't be very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

Definitely a good platform to start emailing activity. If your company uses Salesforce, then having the integration is well worth the price tag. iContact also offers a marketing automation platform, iContact Pro, who's emailing capabilities are more extensive than in the standard iContact.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass emailing to prospects was too difficult and expensive through Salesforce, so we used iContact to automate and better track this activity. The benefit was obvious, in that we were able to send 5000+ emails from a platform that did not interrupt Salesforce activities, and the analytics were much deeper than what we previously had with Salesforce.

  ### 40. Too basic for what we needed

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

iContact was very simple to pick up and use.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

I couldn't accurately segment my email campaigns because the functionality wasn't there.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enabled us to establish a regular email approach, and helped us understand what we needed in an email platform.

  ### 41. Outstanding way to send email

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill R. | Co-Publisher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

I like that I can schedule several emails at a time. I also like that I can use past emails and modify them for my current needs.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

I have been using this for so long, there is really nothing that I don’t like. Customer support has always been great at figuring out how I can do but I want to do.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very small staff so we need to work effectively to schedule several months of emails at one time. iContact allows us to do that.

**Official Response from Carlos Petersen:**

> Thank you very much for this outstanding feedback Bill.

  ### 42. iContact: Better than MailChimp, Better than Nothing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

iContact allows the user to create their own templates or templates from another form. iContact also allows multiple accounts on a single account with different folders and subgroups to organize the accounts.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

iContact links are cumbersome to add, especially ones from tinyurl.com. As always with any communications, double check that all links are working by previewing the form to be sent out.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because this is through higher education, iContact allows a larger listserv to be used (over 300 emails), unlike Gmail or Outlook. The emails can be set up to have similar visuals to a webpage with links to keep viewers engaged. Also, receiving analytics on who opens the emails and what device is used can help tailor emails to the audience.

**Official Response from Carlos Petersen:**

> Thanks for your feedback and it's great to hear about which features work best for you.

  ### 43. Effective and Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2017

**What do you like best about iContact?**

iContact is easy to use and the support has been great. I send out emails to over 400,000 reaches per month across over 20 sub accounts. It has helped our business by keeping us top of mind with our customers.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

It would be great to be able to easily automate some future mailings. For example, send out an email and have it sent again in two weeks, and again two weeks later. Other than that, everything is perfect.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to grow our business from brand awareness achieved via our email campaigns. Additionally, we've been able to recruit new talent into our company as a result of the emails.

  ### 44. IContact Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** B A. | Dir. of Admissions, Marketing and Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

I find Icontact to be intuitive, easy to use, and flexible with design elements.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Contacts still remain within the system and count towards your overall use even when a contact has asked to be removed.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Icontact to send newsletters, invitations, announcements, and updates to a broad community of users. The contact lists are all separated and easy to navigate. I also appreciate the send later feature and template creation.

  ### 45. The pros and cons of IContact

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

provide the statistics, contact lists, maintain the contact list.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Exclusion of contacts is not easy and finding and resending the messages is not simple.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This app is great for small businesses and small companies. You can have a quick process for campaign creation.

  ### 46. Great Tool for Simple Drip Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

Site is easy to use and has been solid. Customer service has always been good (probably only used twice in 5+ years)

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Some sections of the site are old, you can tell some sections have been updated, some have not. Hoping the older sections I use don't go away.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple drip campaigns for clients looking for a cheap solution without the overhead of a more complex marketing automation system.

  ### 47. I love iContact

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla A. | Recreation Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about iContact?**

All of my contact emails are stored in one place and I can send a private, personal message to all of my contacts with the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

The only thing I don't like is when you delete someone's email permanently, they can never ever receive an email again.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

All of your contact emails in one place. Get your information out quick with a click of a button.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all of my contact emails in one place is very convenient.

  ### 48. Great Product for Promo Emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew F. | Senior Mortgage Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

iContact is the easiest emailservice I ever used since I have been in business.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Outside of understanding how the program worked which was my learning curve, nothing really negative to say.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying connected to my customers

  ### 49. Reliable, consistent, affordable email platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denise L. | Public Information Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021

**What do you like best about iContact?**

The tools iContact offers are intuitive and easy to use. The cost is reasonable.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Occasionally a parent accidentally unsubscribes, and the parent must contact iContact Deliverability Dept. to get back on the list.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a school district with eight schools, and each of our schools use iContact to send e-newsletters to families. We are able to track the success of our messages immediately.

  ### 50. Reliable email client for company email campaigns.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2017

**What do you like best about iContact?**

Easy to use. Easy to import and manage contacts. Easy to create messages. There are a lot of templates for people who aren't able to design their own email.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Removing contacts can be tedious. I've found it's better to unsubscribe a contact than delete them. Deleted contacts can be accidentally added back in.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

I found upgrading the image folder to a larger size to be very helpful. The basic folder size can get crowded fast.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistently contact our customer base using email blasts. iContact has made releasing new products or advertising sales to our customer base easy and efficient.
