Creating beautiful emails is super easy with iContact. You can choose to start from a blank canvas and use your creativity (and brand guidelines) to create a high conversion email, or you can choose from many available templates. The reporting features could use some work. iContact provides a great overview on an email campaign but there is no way to export that overview! I simply just take a screenshot, but I wish I could beable to format that report to my needs. Don't get me wrong, exporting data is possible, but only in a messy spreadsheet that takes hours to understand and sort through. There's a huge potential to improve in this area. As a previous popcorn user, I found iContact to be much more intuitive and easier to use, which is beneficial for training non-technical users. This is a must in many organizations and makes the implementation easy in some organizations with a large number of non-technical members such as academia. The ease of use made it a tool to lean on frequently and allowed nontechnical users to take over the reins. iContact has a fantastic number of useful templates and, with unlimited emails, is a great value for the money!
