iContact is super easy to use and very straightforward. Everything feels simple and intuitive. Their customer service is awesome and so quick to respond, helpful, and great at fixing issues fast. It makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

There’s honestly not much to dislike. A few features could have a little more flexibility, but it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything still works really well and feels easy to manage.

iContact helps me manage my contacts and communicate with subscribers easily. Even though I ran into a couple of minor issues—like a mismatch in subscriber numbers and a post that didn’t go through—overall, it makes sending updates, newsletters, and promotional posts much simpler and saves me a lot of time.

I use iContact for sending marketing emails and newsletters to customers. I also appreciate that iContact was easier to use and better suited our needs after switching from another tool. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, allowing us to import contacts, create campaigns, and start sending emails with minimal effort. Using iContact alongside CRM and analytics tools helps manage customer data and track campaign performance effectively, keeping workflows smooth and data consistent.

I used it for creating email campaign, it is also useful in creating, sending, and tracking email campaign for different business purposes. As a non tech user I find it very easy to use, drag and drop facility. We can import our contact list also.

Basic email template. Sometime give issue while generating large reports.

**What do you like best about iContact?**

Creating beautiful emails is super easy with iContact. You can choose to start from a blank canvas and use your creativity (and brand guidelines) to create a high conversion email, or you can choose from many available templates. Saving your templates is also easy to make those weekly newsletters a breeze.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

The reporting features could use some work. iContact provides a great overview on an email campaign but there is no way to export that overview! I simply just take a screenshot, but I wish I could beable to format that report to my needs. Don't get me wrong, exporting data is possible, but only in a messy spreadsheet that takes hours to understand and sort through. There's a huge potential to improve in this area.

Customer engagement outside of our business. Keeping our patients informed and engaged increases their trust and loyalty.

I really rate its  user-friendly interface that allows connection through the entire reach, contact and engagement process of a campaign. Love how it makes use of its feature-set including stunning email templates that attract like wow! Since implementation its been amazing for real, assisting me tangibly acquire business developing leads and prospects superbly. Where's there's been the need for, its been integrating with complimentary technology to get me across the line.  The kind of platform i needed to make contact with for sure.

It was a bit of hassle navigating at first, but user support came in just following fine, very responsive and on top of things. After frequent use i can actually vouch for iContact.

For me, its an avenue for reaching out, making positive contacts, connecting and interacting with business development and acquisition in mind. And its been doing that, helping broaden my contact and client portfolio, convert leads, maintain tangible engagements.

iContact is exactly what i was looking for as a Marketer. A platform that doesn't dilly dally when it senses leads. It arranges itself superbly, reaches out with beautiful crafted emails, contacts precisely who you are especially targeting, helps get business onboard. A leading solution for us since implementation for sure. I've cone to appreciate how it conveniently integrates with client engagement tools too with frequent use.

Occasionally it's got hitches since its internet dependent. But that comes with the territory i guess. Either way, customer support is always there to keep me focused. Much appreciated.

I needed a solution that actively automates a contact base that it then precisely contacts leading prospects effectively. Its been doing that exceptionally well, with very beautiful approach, stunning results.

If you've been having problems with your emails standing out, then it's time you made contact with iContact. A solution I pleasantly discovered, able to automate stunning emails with the kind of oomph you need to get noticed online. It's done a lot in terms of growing our target market since we set it up. Lots of pre-designed templates, funky drag and drop. Make contact if you haven't!

Nothing to dislike. For me, it's pleasantly easy-to-use, lots of amazing features. Integrates well with various applications we use in our line of work like Facebook, WhatsApp. Customer Support is better than most as well. I definitely recommend it.

**What do you like best about iContact?**

As a previous popcorn user, I found iContact to be much more intuitive and easier to use, which is beneficial for training non-technical users. This is a must in many organizations and makes the implementation easy in some organizations with a large number of non-technical members such as academia.

The ease of use made it a tool to lean on frequently and allowed nontechnical users to take over the reins.

iContact has a fantastic number of useful templates and, with unlimited emails, is a great value for the money! Customer support also seems strong!

Pages load somewhat slowly.

Weak options for scheduling.

Limited integration with Access.

More expensive than popcorn or Mail Chlmp for what we needed it for.

The ease in which we deployed iContact's system was terrific. Only made better by the ease in which it was to use the software, keep our user database safe and secure, and the analytics from our marketing emails -- all made incredibly easy to use and reach thousands of clients, customers, and alumni.

The analytical offerings when we first used iContact were a bit of a letdown. Though those seem to have been added on to, we could have used a bit more about open rate, user search intent inside of our emails, and a few more analytical tools around our campaigns.

Reaching our alumni and potential donors was made completely easy with iContact. It benefited us greatly to be able to seasmlessly send our multiple campaigns to different subsets of our databases.

After trying several other email marketing programs, I've returned agin to iContact and recommended my clients do the same. The price is excellent especially for smaller operations. The html codes for the signup forms work well with our web design software. And the drag and drop editor is seamless and doesn't cause slow or laggy browsers.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

There were a couple of short site outages which were a little annoying. But overall I don't have many complaints because iContact did a great job of posting updates about the downtime on the site and it was resolved quickly.

Like most customers I imagine, we were looking for a quick and easy and affordable email marketing solutions for email lists ranging from about 1000-10,000 subscribers. It has to keep their data safe and be easy to use by non-techies with amateur design skills.

Icontact is a very Intuitive and easy-to-use email marketing platform, It is very affordable and the support is great. The best part about icontact is the campaign delivery rate which is very high. Personalization with email merge tags helps improve the delivery rate of the email. It has category-based email templates to choose from and edit as per requirement.

When working on time-sensitive promotional emails, the Email timer feature helps to create a FOMO about the service, which nowadays is essential. but at the moment it's not available with icontact.

It has been an essential tool in my marketing strategy. This allows me to send promotional / marketing emails to clients with ease and create a sense of relationship between them.

The effortlessness of purpose is the most important feature of the iContact administration for my requirements. The straightforward html choice in making messages permits me to reorder from my archives, add a picture or two and send away.

I've gone from 20k views a month to 120k

Friendly and trained customer support either by phone or chat (I'm a boomer so i mostly use the phone) I've never had one bad CS service problem in 12 years..

Easy newsletter design I only use the simplest template but there are so many whistles and bells I should learn more

Their deliverability dept has been so good at coaching me and even got back to me on a Sunday afternoon when one of my emails got trapped in a "spam check" and i didn't know how to (use the spam checker)

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Nothing, absolutely nothing, I could not have had the success I have had 

When I first started I knew  nothing about online publishing until their team walked me through and 12 years later I'm successful with an avg opening rate of 38+ percent

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

Go to them first before you shop around (their prices are very competitive) and use their staff to "bring you along" as your business grows

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email openings on my 1st host were about 10% but Icontact showed me how to manage my data, sift through responses (delete bounces) and I'm at a 40% readership now.

I never fill out surveys but for I contact I feel obligated to give back given the level of service they've given me.

The simplicity of use is the most valuable facet of the iContact service for my needs. The simple html option in creating messages allows me to cut-and-paste from my documents, add an image or two and send away.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

I'd prefer to be able to set up the send lists, then save to send the campaign when I'm ready, but the user has to select the lists at the time of sending or setting a time.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

There are *many* email marketing programs; while they are all similar, for PR needs, iContact is strong. I have also used Campaigner for clients (recommend), MailChimp (somewhat recommend) and Conactology (now under the Campaigner/J2 brand) and iContact works well for the PR side.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I distribute press materials to a variety of media in various sectors; so I mostly need a down-and-dirty, cost-effective way to do so. iContact has helped me organize those campaigns and track opens/results.

I found iContact easy to set up and integrate via forms to one website. While the code seems to slow down the page, it works flawlessly. Also, I didn't have to install plugins, something commonplace for many other WordPress solutions, so that is a plus.

I'm not too fond of anything that slows down my pages. However, that is a tradeoff I have to accept if I don't want to install a plugin.

Signing up and starting basic email campaigns is relatively easy. Though it helps, users don't have to have advanced computing or technical email knowledge to implement basic campaigns. We can import our existing contact lists and integrate them into new or existing campaigns. iContact has an abundance of email templates that can be edited with intuitive and uncomplicated editing features.

The automation capabilities are good, but don't allow for as complete of a hands-off and self-adapting experience as in other email marketing applications.

iContact gives us web tools that provide a doorway into our organization. Website visitors and those that receive emails or read social media or blog posts can connect to our iContact forms and sign up for events, to receive learning resources or to get directly added to marketing lists. I like that it offers the analytics that other e-marketing programs have, it has a very easy to use interface with a ton of useful features and a large database with helpful articles and webinars explaining all the features, it also has good tools for manage subscribers and classify them into groups for different purposes, I also like that it has a large number of content blocks available to create your own custom emails, I also love the simplicity of mailerlite and the easy to use templates and design blocks.

There are some features that I think should be implemented, I would like to be able to deliver messages at the moment when users generally open the messages we send.

Our strategic advisor is really kind, funny, and very helpful for our email marketing needs. She goes over our account each month with us and takes the time to help us out and make sure we're understanding and doing everything correctly. I also really love their system, simple to use and effective. We can include and exclude lists to send an email to, schedule it in advance, and forget about it. We can also see the history of a contact - what they open and how many times. Their clicks, etc. This makes it so we can send to people who open our emails, ensuring we don't get blocked by the major email providers. They have excellent customer service!

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

Sometimes sending and uploading lists can be a long process, but it is worth it to ensure you're sending to the right contacts. The HTML editor can be funky at times, but it is handy.

**Recommendations to others considering iContact:**

There are a lot of advantages and customization in using iContact to get the most out of your email list! Excellent customer service - they're always there if you need help or suggestions. They can even help write your email or build it, make subject line suggestions, and analyze account metrics information. Good organization of your list and list hygiene as well.

**What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to succeed at email marketing with iContact. Our emails don't get blocked by major service providers because through iContact, we can only send to people who open our emails, so we don't get marked as spam. Our open rates have increased, and complaints have gone down. We still see the same amount of response or even more through doing this!

The finished product looks OK, not any better than Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

**What do you dislike about iContact?**

The program is clunky and there's a known glitch that keeps the emails from going to social media, especially Facebook, which makes the emails much less effective.  It takes a ridiculous amount of time for customer service to get back to you.  I don't mean an hour.  I mean days or weeks.  Apparently they don't understand that these emails are time sensitive.  They also send the response in a "noreply" email so you can't have a dialogue.    I gave it three tries.  They struck out.

More bounces than other programs.   Hard to understand their reports, not enough information and I'm going back to Mailchimp

Additionally, The price plan is expensive when a specific volume of email addresses is required; instead, they should consider offering bulk pricing plans.

The all-inclusive experience with iContact has been beneficial. With relative ease, it allows us to manage a vast volume of email addresses from customers and leads and send them regular updates, offers, and newsletters from our company. However, it is quite limited in terms of its drag and drop-based email template and landing page creation features.
