The accurate asset tracking and ease of managing endpoints also make day-to-day IT administration much more efficient. Additionally, IconSystem helps us maintain visibility of IT assets and simplifies inventory management, which reduces the time spent managing devices and software across the organization. The setup was really easy, which is a big plus for me. **What do you dislike about IconSystem?** The search and navigation could be more intuitive, especially for new users. Some workflows take more clicks than necessary, and the overall interface feels a bit dated. Improving performance and simplifying common tasks would make the experience much smoother. **What problems is IconSystem solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use IconSystem for centralized IT and asset management, improving visibility, and simplifying inventory management. It also supports data linking between platforms, specifically IconSystem and StoreSpace. **What do you dislike about IconSystem?** I don’t dislike the system, but one potential restriction is when adding large volumes of data. The bulk upload document doesn’t let you include everything, so it ends up requiring manual support after the bulk upload has completed. **What problems is IconSystem solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can now work at pace without having to wait on others to update data. This saves me time and helps others too, since they no longer have to wait 2–3 weeks for changes to be made in the planning system. ### 8.
