"Amazing social media analytics tool"

What do you like best about Iconosquare?

The Instagram platform doesn't offer the best insights at all, which is why I use Iconosquare to evaluate the performance of the 15 brands I manage on Instagram. It provides all the insights I need within specific time frames, which is something Instagram is really lacking. I also like the content scheduling tool! However, I now use Facebook's Creator Studio so I don't need that as much with Iconosquare.

Overall great platform. Very easy to navigate and pull insights from! I've adopted this tool at nearly every company I've worked at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iconosquare?

It would be nice to be able to compare insights between multiple pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of June 2022, you are now able to autopost videos and carrousels from app.iconosquare.com. Reels are only available to post manually at the moment, however transitioning to auto-posting is high on our priority list.

"Best tool for Instagram but..."

What do you like best about Iconosquare?

After using Hootsuite, Buffer, Metricool, and many others, I can say that it is the best tool for Instagram Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iconosquare?

One of the most expensive tools with a very slow image and video upload speed... and size limit of 100MB (must be more!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the size limit for photos and videos on Instagram, you can upload and schedule photos of up to 15MB and videos up to 150MB but in order to use our automatic posting feature Instagram’s limit for videos is 100MB.

The automatic posting feature. I also like the new content types that were added like reels. I also like the weekly and monthly reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding filtering by highest engagement, you can filter by most engaging in the content section and on the engagement section too - there’s a “Most engaging posts” section at the bottom of that page.

Sorry to hear that you are facing logout problems - sometimes, the access token expires for no specific reasons, which causes us to become disconnected from your Instagram account and you need to re-authenticate your account so we can continue to calculate your data.

What do you like best about Iconosquare?

Iconosquare offers the ability to auto-post single image and video posts, allowing a small Arts & Culture organization to have posts go out after-hours and on weekends. The media library is a great place to store some of your best photos for easy re-use. It offers great analytics to track the success of post engagement and provides a straightforward user interface. What do you dislike about Iconosquare?

You cannot auto-post carousels with multiple photos. Those posts must be manually posted with a reminder sent to your phone. The media libraries are not cross-platform within the scheduler, meaning you have to upload the photo to three separate media libraries for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram scheduling.
