What do you like best about Iconosquare?

Creating specific dashboards for your social media accounts is amazingly easy in Iconosquare. You can do it quickly and intuitively with just a drag-and-drop menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iconosquare?

Sometimes there could be a slight difference in the numbers that Iconosquare shows on its metrics and those that you see on the platform, specifically on Facebook and Instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for your review, it means a lot to us at Iconosquare. We're so happy to hear that you're finding the platform easy to use in your consulting work.

Unfortunately the metrics can slightly differ on our platform in comparison to directly via the social media sights. This can be due to numerous factors such as how we track when likes and comments have been posted, there might be a slight lag but usually our analytics are highly accurate.

The user experience and the interfaces are really amazing of the platform and also the support team is really helpful to solving any issue you are facing. One more thing is you have the ability to create your custom report Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iconosquare?

you have a limitation on auto-publishing, ex: the size of the image or video should be less than 8MB, and there is no filtration of the received if it is positive or negative Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Iconosquare?

As a member of a small team, I like that iconosquare gives me in-depth tools to track + measure our growth across platforms in a customizable easy to use way. The ability to customize date ranges and export reports are especially beneficial to gaining insight into and tracking our growth as a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iconosquare?

I am finding slight inconsistencies in the numbers presented in iconosquare compared to the numbers shown in Instagram's app. It seems that when iconosquare loses connection to the app, there is a loss of accuate data collection and so results can be skewed, which has been a bit frustrating in our efforts to ensure accurate reporting. I also wish Iconosquare more insight offered into instagram stories as well as TikTok metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Iconosquare solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're still early on in our use of the platform, however, being able to benchmark our performance against competitors and our general industry has been a really helpful tool. Concerning the loss of data during disconnections, I just wanted to clarify that these disconnections can happen for no specific reason. Only the following data is inaccurate for the period your Iconosquare account was disconnected:

- Follower growth

- Engagement Rate

- Engagement on Reach

- Stories posted during the period of disconnection, as these are only stored on the API for 24 hours.

We always make sure to inform you of any disconnections so that you can reconnect as soon as possible ;)

However, I'm happy to hear that your beginnings on the platform go smoothly and that our platform is of a great help in your daily social media management!

Iconosquare allows us to better understand our social media performance by providing a clear comprehensive dashboard for different metrics. You can either get an overview of top indicators or get deep into the analytics with precise data points. At times, it would be useful to have an account manager to reach out to for additional support and insight. That said, for the price of our package we are quite satisfied with the level of support available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Iconosquare allows us to streamline our social media reporting and performance analysis into one easy-to-use platform. This has allowed us to improve our team's workflow and maximize internal resources. Gone are the days of trying to interpret different data natively in each platform without having a clear visual representation of where you are succeeding and which areas could be improved. Pinterest is not yet integrated on the platform, however we do offer analytics for five different social media channels integrated in Iconosquare. Instagram stories can now be auto-posted, as well as carrousels, which was introduced in June 2022. At present, reels can only be posted manually via the platform.
