  ### 1. Intuitive Dashboard and Excellent Support, but Limited Integration with Some Platforms

**What do you like best about Iconosquare?**

What I like best is the fact that their dashboard is so intuitive, able to be tailored to our specific needs and very visual, it has been great to adapt to the needs of our organization. I would also like to add that their customer service has been nothing but helpful, in a record time.

**What do you dislike about Iconosquare?**

The one thing I dislike (and I have to say that it's not their fault) is the fact that certain platforms that we use, like LinkedIn or X, cannot be integrated into the reports. In our case, it's because our LinkedIn presence is a personal profile and not a page.

**What problems is Iconosquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iconosquare actually help us get a better and more comprehensive understanding of the performance of our posts on social media, on the needs of our audience and what they would like to see from us, and how they react to what we put out there.

**What do you like best about Iconosquare?**

Iconosquare allows for a single platform that brings together several of my clients in the same space where I can have the text and visuals approved by my clients. I also like the fact that I can write a post on Instagram and schedule it on Facebook and LinkedIn as well, for example, because my clients' accounts are set up.

**What do you dislike about Iconosquare?**

The small downside is the fact that we cannot directly mention "non-professional" accounts via the platform.

I also find it unfortunate that if we upload a document on LinkedIn, the client cannot swipe through the pages during validation, so I have to convert each page of the carousel into PNG, then once approved by my client, I integrate it into a PDF and then schedule the post.

**What problems is Iconosquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iconosquare allows me to simplify my client back-and-forths and it's a real time saver on a daily basis, avoiding unnecessary email exchanges. It also allows me to have an overview of my different editorial schedules. I don't use Iconosquare for tracking statistics, but it seems to me that it's also a feature that saves time on reports.

**What do you like best about Iconosquare?**

I love how intuitive and user friendly Iconosquare is; it's easy to navigate, it's nice to see the layout and preview of the feed before publishing a post, and it's accessible for the entire team to use.

**What do you dislike about Iconosquare?**

It is a bit annoying to have to constantly upload new media and integrate a content bank into Iconosquare; I wish it had integration features where it could pull from a Google Drive account directly for photos/video content.

**What problems is Iconosquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iconosquare solves our social media management and content bank issue; we don't have to use another platform, and our team can easily switch from Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms on Iconosquare.

I like how comprehensive the platform is, and love the detailed reporting

**What do you dislike about Iconosquare?**

I wish I could see a more comprehensive follower demographics breakdown for Facebook. Additionally it would be great to see total impressions/engagements for a specific time period as opposed to total post impressions/engagements,  because I really want to see how many people are engaging in that time period (even on posts published during a previous time period)

**What problems is Iconosquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate reporting for both paid and organic posts, all in one central location. Also having historical data is incredibly valuable, as the platform I was using previously only showed us 30 days of data

The team behind Iconosquare is very present and available. They are always open to suggestions and feedback, and constantly working to improve the product, which is great in itself.

**What do you dislike about Iconosquare?**

It's not yet at the point where it perfectly accommodates our needs and business model, but they are very open to feedback.

**What problems is Iconosquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of use and simplicity for non-tech experts or people unfamiliar with social media is extremely helpful for our older demographic of business owners.

Iconosquare is super efficient and save me a lot of time on social media strategy. The automatic posts are a life-saver ! I love the feed view, and I find the share link very useful.

**What do you dislike about Iconosquare?**

I think I haven't yet use all the possibilities of Iconosquare, which are extensive. But it's actually not a flaw !

It makes the scheduling and consistency way easier. It also show the analytics a lot more clearly than Meta.

**What do you like best about Iconosquare?**

It seems to work and our marketers are fairly satisfied with the service. Pretty easy to implement. We use it every day for multiple accounts across multiple brands.

**What do you dislike about Iconosquare?**

Support is not very responsive. Email support responds once daily at 2-4AM my time, and doesn't do enough to respond to/resolve the issue, so I end up having what should be a 5 minute conversation that takes 5 days. Chat support is non-existent though the feature seems to exist, or just doesn't keep US business hours.  One of our accounts keeps getting disconnected for some unknown reason. Have had other accounts become disconnected only for specific Iconnosquare users and support had no idea why.

**What do you like best about Iconosquare?**

The insights available made monthly reporting a breeze at our agency. The format of everything was super intuitive and it not only saved our team time but gave deeper insights than most platforms allow.

**What do you dislike about Iconosquare?**

Adding new accounts was a consistent issue for me. Despite having "full admin access" on many accounts, I would run into limitations on which Facebook and Instagram pages could be filtered into the program.

That said, Alice Boschiroli made the cancelation process so smooth and I very much appreciated her speedy response and ability to help.

**What problems is Iconosquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Support for building monthly KPI reports and informing strategy changes based on the data received.

In addition to having access to an instant chat bot, the customer service advisor who took over via email was efficient! My request was handled quickly and in a personalized manner, and I was able to pinpoint the origin of my problem thanks to them. Thank you, I am delighted 😁 Lucille

The automatic posting of posts has failed us a few times during bugs or application updates, but the customer service team has always been attentive.

My post hadn't been published automatically, they helped me find out where the problem came from.
