My company is beginning implementation and user testing. We are excited that Iconixx should be able to handle all our compensation needs and enhance our current process and reporting. The flexibility of the product. Being able to customize what it does for our firm and the additional benefits for down the road are exciting. The ability to report on sales by payee, by month. The creation of the comp statements and the dashboards for payees to view their status toward their monthly and/or quarterly goals has created more time for me to work on other things instead of researching for the payees. Not a dislike but a hill to climb over - getting used to the Event Date (adding a day to the end of each month) was tough but makes sense once you're in there.
