I must say Iconixx Incentive has made our job easy in terms of bonus administration. What do you dislike about Iconixx Incentive? The degree of flexibility in the presentation of those reports appears to be somewhat restricted. What problems is Iconixx Incentive solving and how is that benefiting you? Iconixx Incentive does away with all the hassles that come with manual issuing of bonuses and running of incentive programs. The only thing that I believe could be better done is that we have the administrative url to be different from the url being exposed to payees for security reasons. We are solving the issue related to paying sales personnel incentive based on which the company's performance revenue targets are met. The Iconixx Incentive management tool has been a bedrock of the implementations since it allows for the organization to look at various factors influencing the payee performance along with serving as a platform to calculate the incentive that needs to be paid to sales reps.
