The upsides are the ability to grow with the system in many ways. The base core of the system does require those who use it, to be part of the main pathways. It's very robust and the support is amazing once you understand the best way to communicate with support, based on whether you want a configuration change, how-to advice, or add-ons. I can be time consuming to learn the best way to communicate with support. It's important to utilize terms based on the iCims system, and not layment verbiage.
