I've been a Recruiter for 13 years and have seen and used a lot of applicant tracking systems. iCIMS makes it easy for the user to customize the user interface and has is easy to implement these changes. I've reached out to the support team on occasion, and they've always been quick to respond and answer any questions I have had. I use this system everyday with no plans to change. We have an increase in applicant flow, polished career page, text engagement, ability to build and send out campaigns with our candidate data. We created our own customized data for our dashboards, and have been able to gain buy in with our hiring managers in utilizing the platform for approving hires to budget. You definitely need to have an administrator designated to the platform for issues that can arise with hiring managers in your organization. IT Support is a hit or miss. Have had multiple Account Managers assigned to our account. Would like to see a link to text engagement on the main dashboard vs. having a different login/website.
