From the very start, with a well-organized integration, to our go-live and continuing support, everyone we work with is knowledgable, professional, and efficient. As a daily user of ICIMS, I am very satisfied with the software and the support. ICIMS also offers significant educational and support materials through ICIMS Academy and ICIMS Community, which helps new hires learn to use the software more quickly and efficiently. This can be confusing on the end-user side, but anytime I have to perform a large data upload I always reach out to my Customer Success Manager, who connects us with IT Support to assist.
