The upsides are the ability to grow with the system in many ways. The base core of the system does require those who use it, to be part of the main pathways. It's very robust and the support is amazing once you understand the best way to communicate with support, based on whether you want a configuration change, how-to advice, or add-ons. I love the ease of SkillSurvey. Before using SkillSurvey, we conducted manual reference checks. This saves time and allows HR to focus on other aspects of work. The references leave honest feedback regarding strengths and opportunities. The system is easy to navigate. From past experience, I know that SkillSurvey will partner with you if you are unable to find a survey that fits the job you're recruiting for. We also utilize SkillSurvey for exit interviews. This allows us to pull easy analytics to look at trends. SkillySurvey also integrates easily with Workday. Customer Service before and during implementation was great!
