I like the way iCIMS presents information and keeps me on track. I especially like the messaging capabilities and have come to rely on them heavily in my work. I use iCIMS pretty much all day every day. Often there are glitches, particularly with the messaging features which I find particularly annoying. I often have to log out and log back in to reset connections or something. Lots of "bad gateway and inability to authenticate" messages that occur randomly. Some days it's several times a day.
