    "Great ATS! : I love how you can move candidates through an active flow, leave notes and review all details of the application. The system is very easy to move through and search. Its also a great platform to collaborate on with other hiring managers. This way is very easy to understand why and candidate moved forward or was disqualified since every manager has to include specifics. We also created a scorecard that we qualify all candidates across which is very insightful. Being able to have candidates add videos to the application has also been priceless! "

    "The best ATS (and I've tried most of them!): For a smaller staffing firm, this perfect ATS. Super intuitive - Zero training needed to get started. Super Powerful too. The workflow automation is fabulous. We have our entire sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding process built in to the workflow. My recruiters don't need to use email. They Use CATS. One of my top recruiters, I could never get to use any other ATS (PCR, BullHorn, MaxHire, etc.) and now she only uses CATS and her cell phone. She loves it because we've automated all the emails, scheduling, follow ups, etc. Just flip a switch and your task is done!!"

This function is helpful in identifying which stage candidates are in as well as holistically looking at candidate pipelines. It is also helpful to keep notes within each candidate profile in order to refer back to how they moved around in their respective stages.     "Excellent ATS: JazzHR is the best ATS I've utilized thus far, they have a great, easy to use system that they are continually improving. When I first started using JazzHR, I was a little frustrated with their search feature as I felt there was room for improvement, but within a month they rolled out an entirely new search feature that is far more advanced. Their customer service is also top notch, and they provide clear direction whenever there's an issue."

    "Hiring made easy! No joke. : I love that TAM will post to multiple job boards with one click. We do not have to pay for any other service. I love that if I have to make changes to ad copy - I just log in to TAM and its updated across the board. One of my favorite features is the ability to search the resumes by a certain keyword. Sometimes we will recall an applicant who had a skill in Tableau for example, but won't remember the name. With the help of TAM I am able to search all resumes and find that person fast! I love the ability to write pass/fail questions that tell me the candidate is disqualified, so I don't waste my time looking at the resume. A note must be made to the wonderfully helpful Jerry Su who helped us onboard and patiently helped me through every question and concern, following up on his words every time. That kind of work ethic is rare in the industry. "

    "Simplicity for new users, but still robust for power users.: The simplicity of the hiring process, the Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down process allows even our newbie users to move a candidate through Newton to get them hired. Being able to schedule multiple interviews with individuals or teams through the calendar system is very easy, and the scorecards allow us to see where everyone stands on each candidate. The clone feature on our jobs also makes it easy for my team to create and post jobs with little effort. Integrations are also effective, mixing in DocuSign and my background check company into the system keeps my team from having to jump from site to site to complete their hires. "

    "Very Intuitive and Easy to Use: I interview lots of candidates for other hiring managers. With Workable, it is very easy for me to share my comments on the candidate after the interview. No more emails asking me what I thought of the candidates. I can easily get to their resume and LinkedIn profile via Workable. I like to review other interviewers comments after I enter mine so I can see if we had the same viewpoint. I always learn something new. I like that I can see what happened to the candidate after the interview step and where they are in the process. Email notifications of updates on candidates is helpful too. It's a very smooth process. "

    "Outsource your recruiting tech: Centralized management of all recruiting activity -- managing multiple job sites is a huge pain and it's nice to have all prospect information centrally available. Previously I was storing all resumes in a shared folder that was hard to search and almost impossible to classify properly. Building your own careers page is just another software asset to maintain and buying third party software is yet another thing to manage. It's nice to offload a piece of non-core business technology and focus on the stuff that matters."

    "Sort of an overly complicated candidate data base: I like that you can pull candidate profiles directly from LinkedIn. they go straight into the requisition that you are recruiting for. Also, You can upload multiple candidates into the system by using a few features. My personal favorite is the email/dropbox feature. You can designate which req, category, and any other classifications for multiple profiles. "
