What do you like best about IceWarp?

Great all-in-one platform easier and secure.

Very similar to Microsoft and Google solutions, this reduces the learning curve, with lower cost compared to these solutions.

What do you like best about IceWarp?

the best thing in this we can simply create users in local LDAP console and authenticate them fo integration with any server login and we can apply for a email address with our default domain name and give access to that email address as per requirement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IceWarp?

we cannot create users or email from outside the environment we have to create locally by logging in local LDAP server after connecting to the environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering IceWarp:

I would definitely recommend ice wrap to others because its very easy to use and very secure we can create new users and give them authentication as per requirement

we can integrate this with other tools as a ldap user and authenticate the user to login in the environment

we can arrange meeting internally and can call employees inside organisation

we can even see employees availability in the mail console when they are available or busy or offline Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IceWarp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I give a user authentication as per requirement and create new users and email id so employees of an organisation can access the mails and the best part is employees can see each other when they come online and can have chat internally and can arrange meeting internally. Ultra reliable mail server. Very feature rich and always adding more functionality. System was simple to set up and configure, up and running in just a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support can be a bit slow unless you pay for advanced support (48 hour response time for standard support). Some features (automated stat reporting) disappeared between versions 11 & 12. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User forums are useful for setup information and basic configuration. We always hold off on updates to the system for a week or two (some issues with updates that are typically solved quickly) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IceWarp?

IceWarp has helped me keep track of emails and communication with my customers and colleagues alike. It has a simple, easy to use interface that you can keep organize and solve issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IceWarp?

I would have to say the only thing that I can really dislike about IceWarp is how plain the user interface is. It definitely need a little bit of modernization done.
