**What do you like best about iCert Global?**

Great content, easy to use, , professional trainers, they have indepth knowledge. Trainers make the session comfortable and encourage asking questions. Customer Support is good.

**What do you dislike about iCert Global?**

All trainers are not as great. Feedback must be gathered and reviewed with trainers

**What problems is iCert Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lot os trainings for employees are done thrugh iCertglobal. Employee feedback is great and content is useful
