**What do you like best about Iceberg?**

They felt like an in-house team. No “submit a ticket and wait” kind of stuff. Things got handled quickly. The team really knows their stuff, but they also explain it in a way that’s easy to follow.They actually did what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it!

**What do you dislike about Iceberg?**

I wish we had included a bit more scope up front around enrichment so we could have knocked that out alongside the other SDR tooling work instead of afterward.

**Recommendations to others considering Iceberg:**

I’d recommend making sure you have a clear picture of what you want to get done before kicking off. You’ll get more out of the partnership if you’re ready for it.

**What problems is Iceberg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iceberg came in to help us with a bunch of RevOps projects. One of the projects was helping my team update the outbound SDR processes and tools. It’s made a big difference in how we target prospects and track pipeline. Communication was top notch too. They kept us updated constantly, and I’ve worked with vendors before that didn’t keep us in the loop and it created a lot of extra stress for the team.

**What do you like best about Iceberg?**

All the members of the Iceberg team I have worked with are knowledgeable, responsive, and very thorough. It's easy to work with them, and as an Operations Leader it is clear to me that they have deep expertise in what they are working on.

**What do you dislike about Iceberg?**

There are assuredly cheaper agencies out there, but in this case you pay for quality.

**Recommendations to others considering Iceberg:**

Whether you need to expand your GTM Ops team's bandwidth (like us), make your first Ops "hire", or have a series of important projects you need help with - Iceberg is a great choice.

**What problems is Iceberg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company is currently working with Iceberg to rebuild and future-proof various critical pieces of our infrastructure, including aspects of our Marketing to Sales Lead handoff. We plan to expand the scope of our partnership to include other parts of Marketing and Sales automation as complete our initial set of big projects.

**What do you like best about Iceberg?**

I needed a RO partner that would allow me to speak in terms of outcomes, and they'd be able to figure out the best path to get there. The entire team is kind, responsive, accountable, and consistently delivered great work. And the pricing is very reasonable too.

**What do you dislike about Iceberg?**

No complaints. I worked with several team members and thought they were great.

**What problems is Iceberg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Came into an organization with little instrumentation. Needed help both with strategic design as well as implementation and admin support.

Knowledge, service, integrity, and more. These guys do what they say, and meet the deadlines they give.

That they don't work for me full-time :)

Don't waste your time looking around, I've already done that for you. Iceberg is as good as it gets.

These guys understand SFDC best practices better than any other consulting group I've ever met with and they are the fifth SFDC consultant I've tried. Lucky for me, they are the last I will ever have to try.

**What do you like best about Iceberg?**

This is a hard question to answer because so many things come to mind, I think the thing I like the most is how flexible the whole iceberg team is. Half of my company is based in Australia(I am based in the US), so dealing with time zones can be tricky, but there is always someone available if/when we need them.

**What do you dislike about Iceberg?**

I don't have an answer to this question. I cannot stress enough the importance of backend salesforce work is, to a company's success. 

I simply don't have a negative thing to say about Iceberg.

**Recommendations to others considering Iceberg:**

It's ideal to have someone who knows salesforce in and out working in your company rather than outsourcing it... But, unfortunately, sometimes, that's not an option, so there's iceberg!

**What problems is Iceberg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we know, salesforce can be like learning a new language... it is imperative to have a team of people who understand salesforce, can translate data, and make sense of a buttload of information that is all over the place. Iceberg has been a godsend for my company; they are attentive and helpful - no task is too little or too big for them.

**What do you like best about Iceberg?**

Their deep knowledge and been there before seen it and done it confidence came across.

I'm not sure there was a single issues we threw at them that they hadn't seen before.

**What do you dislike about Iceberg?**

Looking back I would have rather gone slightly less deep on things like industry mapping automation and gotten into more objects and less detail per object.

But a lot of that is on us.

**Recommendations to others considering Iceberg:**

If you are having tech stack problems, need to make tech stack decisions, or just bought some stuff and need to make it all work - and your team has anything to do with sales - this team has you covered top to bottom from CRM to scheduling tool.

**What problems is Iceberg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were first time implementers of Salesforce, outreach, chilipiper, and several more.

What we found is that iceberg was able to play strategy, integration, and turning of the knobs to make it happen.

What I like best about their model is that that allow you to adapt the skillsets and people you need to your team, meaning they don't have an "out of the box" team that costs "x" and they don't force a methodology upon you, which we didn't need.

Iceberg RevOps has competent people who can resolve our queries promptly and accurately. They are very well organised and professional. The team support us either by implementing the changes requested or by recommending how to solve for specific problems.

Iceberg RevOps support our sales Ops and Marketing Ops team with their technical expertise on SFDC and Hubspot. With the help of Iceberg, we deliver new features and automation, which is very much loved by the sales team!

If you or someone internally understands where you'd like the CRM stack to be but need help getting it there, Iceberg is perfect.

**What problems is Iceberg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I started my role, I inherited a CRM tool stack that had gone through multiple owners and was very messy.

By helping with bulk clean-up projects, fixing existing automations and helping us strategically think through new ones, Iceberg got us to a solid place in short order.

The team is super responsive and well organized. They are also SMEs when it comes to best practices especially in Hubspot

I don't dislike this but some members are overseas so important to get work done in the morning (EST).

An excellent resource for outsourced Sales/RevOps. Well proficient in all the tools and respond quickly. Feel like they are part of the team. Natalie on the IceBerg team has been especially amazing to work with.

Iceberg has implemented Salesforce as our CRM and has been our "outsourced" rev ops team as we are working to build a rev ops team in-house.

**What do you like best about Iceberg?**

Everyone in this organization is very down to earth.  They take the time to listen to your needs/business goals even when they seem to fit outside of the box.  In addition, they helped develop the strategy for our implementation based on those needs and business goals.  Based on the work required, they created a plan that fit our budget.

**What do you dislike about Iceberg?**

There is nothing that I dislike.  I think this team takes your time and projects very seriously to deliver the most value.

Depending on the challenges be prepared for a long process and do not be afraid to ask difficult questions.  You will be surprised at the ability of Iceberg to help you navigate the landscape/ideas to find a solution.

Implementing a CRM is a huge lift especially Salesforce.  Understanding our unique customer journey and buying process, we leveraged Salesforce in a non-traditional way that is helping us solve internal reporting challenges and enabling us to meet our business goals.

**Describe the project or task Iceberg helped with:**

We have a great relationship with the Iceberg team that combines the rev ops strategy with the salesforce acumen to actually execute on it. In my research a lot of other rev ops consultants did one or the other but then your left hand isn't speaking to your right....and you are left to try to manage all of it. Iceberg helps with leads -> optys -> customer success and the analytics around it.

I don't need to project manage them, they project manage me! Like everyone, I have a lot of competing priorities so their ability to suggest unseen items and keep me on track for my action items have been huge.

**What do you dislike about Iceberg?**

Not a ton honestly, the team is high quality and responsive

Helped us roll out our brand new SDR team, retool lead routing, improve exec dashboards, improve quoting in the CS group, remapped territories

They helped with both reporting, strategy, and finding holes in our process. Really thorough audit that they were able to do quickly.

**What do you like best about Iceberg?**

Taft and team and really easy to work with. They don't feel like an agency. Because of their in-house ops background they conduct their work in a similar fashion. Felt like an extension of our team.

**What do you dislike about Iceberg?**

No issues. They were very solid all around.

I'm not the type who likes to use agencies so I'm very picky when it comes to them. I have to say this was one of my best agency experiences.

Building outbound measurement and efficiency. Allows us to forecast and plan better.
