It's easy to work with them, and as an Operations Leader it is clear to me that they have deep expertise in what they are working on. **What do you dislike about Iceberg?** There are assuredly cheaper agencies out there, but in this case you pay for quality. **Recommendations to others considering Iceberg:** Whether you need to expand your GTM Ops team's bandwidth (like us), make your first Ops "hire", or have a series of important projects you need help with - Iceberg is a great choice. **What problems is Iceberg solving and how is that benefiting you?** My company is currently working with Iceberg to rebuild and future-proof various critical pieces of our infrastructure, including aspects of our Marketing to Sales Lead handoff.
