What do you dislike about iCapture? I would like to be able to customize some more items in the scanner -- IE: duplicate scans should just merge notes and data. And the app user interface could be more intuitive. The set up for our ops team can be cumberson since each event has a different vendor that icapture needs to sync up with, however the time they lose setting up they gain handing off leads at the end.
