Recommendations to others considering iCapture: Definitely make sure it integrates with your CRM/Marketing Automation tool - this eliminates a lot of manual work! What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you? Some of our sales people don't like using their own phones/tablets to scan people in at events since it's an app you download. The benefit is having all of our leads in one place and having them integrated with our marketing automation tool...we are able to track the source of hot leads directly to events and the lists flow directly into HubSpot with notes from the event.
