What do you like best about IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration?

When we were doing the integration the best thing I like is to connect through API with proper data management. That will secure the configurational information of company vendors with lesser effort. Earlier it was quite difficult through Adapter (keeping that it is still available).

The management always required Charts & excel sheets that are easily available through the automation available within it is a best thing keeping my work easy (create an automation once & let it flow always) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration?

As I don't remember if anything is there to dislike (apart from integration with the adapter such as JDBC, ODBC adapter) for the end-to-end implementation of vendor setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?

I remember earlier it was always a connection to DB for storing data. Now need not worry with the Cloud feature in it where integration is quite easy, smooth & fast calling by API's.

Upgrades are complex, installing fixes takes time, and a lot of dependencies, when you have few IS servers in cluster, there is no easy way to be sure all of them are in the same fix lvl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WebMethods Optimize aids me with continuous monitoring of my client's integration server activities in my organization. It offers highly efficient real-time insights into the performance and hosting status of the deployed server. This helps me with the reduction of infrastructure management cost as its alerts are highly proactive and notify even if there is a slight possibility for the defect to occur in the server well ahead. WebMethods Optimize gives me up-to-the-minute real-time status updates of the established infrastructure. Dislike is none regarding the integration solutions that it offers for my business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We utilize EFT servers as part of our client's procurements, and WebMethods Optimize provides me flexibility in evaluating the performance standards with its fantastic real-time dashboard. It actively tracks the network file transfer process and also secures the data connectors with efficient end-to-end encryption during the transmission stage. It's crucial to have this infrastructure visibility as it significantly visibility improves the performance analysis of our integration server and also reduces the operation cost in server management. Support persons are very helpful in resolving the issues.

In Support portal, sometimes OS field is not getting populated so it is wasting our time.

Ticket allocation is not proper and getting delayed and therefore impacting the business.
