The cloud infrastructure of the application makes it the best in its class and with negligible maintainence it outstands. The Ease of implementation and integration is unmatchable as hardware investments and upgration headaches are completely viped out. The Customer support provided to help resolve issues and the role based models are outstanding. The frequency and ease of use has increased as it supports more than 10000 out of the box documents. It is based on the on-premise Trading Networks which has a long history of providing B2B functionality, stability and good performance. **What do you dislike about IBM webMethods B2B?** I feel that it is still lacking in features compared to Trading Networks. Hopefully the product will mature over time and will meet most of your customers' needs. **What problems is IBM webMethods B2B solving and how is that benefiting you?** Following our cloud-first strategy, we will be progressively migrating our on-premise assets into cloud. Sometimes when I try to search for transactions, the search options won't populate. MWS usually works well, but it has occasional querks in the UI design. **What problems is IBM webMethods B2B solving and how is that benefiting you?** webMethods provides us the capability to automate many tasks within our process flows. Many of our partners need us to send files to them or want us to pick files up, so we use webMethods to handle these automated file transfers. webMethods also provides some integration across applications - allowing us to receive and translate EDI within webMethods, and then send the translated data to our ERP.
