As we onboard new team members and have existing team members work on projects in new data areas, Manta allows us to see how a given data structure is used downstream and upstream in our data pipelines. There is a bit of setup required to get it installed and implemented. We have quite a few legacy data pipelines that are not fully understood. Manta allows us to reduce the time it takes to understand how our pipelines function. Automatically import and analyze the relationship from the connected schema or databases, which is helpful for BI team to understand the data came from and its relationship to the next level. The problem always happened when we imported a new schema or table from CDC side the upper layer, which caused us to confuse the relationship with original tables.
