What do you like best about IBM watsonx.ai?

I think it's the user-friendliness of the platform that makes it a good one. Also I think there are two more good points - one being the option for customizing the AI models and the other being the fact that it lets you automate things to a large extent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx.ai?

I'm not sure about it. I think it 'might' be that it is not for absolute beginners. You need to know what Generative AI models are and how they function to be able to get any benefit out of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM watsonx.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run a marketing agency and I am unsatisfied with the output that current AI models are capable of. Tools like GPT, Claude, etc are powerful and useful a lot of times, they aren't customised for marketeres and copywriters specifically. I am using this WatsonX to build a powerful copywriting focused AI model myself for my agency so I can get better ouput and speed up the process. This way I can increase the bandwidth for accepting more clients into my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
