For example, my company have a great database with post graduate schools in Brazil and their alternative names. The price still is problem and the learning is too long, but the the inside tem is a long journey for this implementation. The developer and services model abstracts too much of the power of the tools. Basic R or Python knowledge is required, however using notebooks and (preconfigured) dataconnections should give an easy start.
