This is a wonderful tool for prototyping an automated solution, if you're dealing with audio file processing. It provides a decent proof-of-concept if you're attempting to get more support for an automation measure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are investigating its use to resolve our voicemail transcription needs. While it does provide a good baseline, the accuracy isn't there yet for us to fully automate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
