What do you dislike?
The tool has a lot of features and isn't a quick to make decisions based on current performance. Also, there is a gap of where and how content should be delivered. There may be another product that needs to be better plugged in for dynamic display.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Serving dynamic and personalized ads - We are seeing better conversion on the ads we can take care of. We are still solving for scalability for global websites
