I tried some sentiment analysis services out (five or so) there to integrate with via web services, and I have to say this is the best one I could find. The API worked with many languages (mine was spanish), it was very easy to use and the analysis was deep (main tags, sentiments, detection accuracy, and the tipical functionality you will find on top services). I used several text samples and I have to say this service offered the best results for hard ones, such as irony. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The IBM credits system for payment is overly complex compared with any other I have used. This is the only problem I did really find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
