I easily integrated the IBM verify tool with our HR tool, so when HR creates a new users account on joining day it will automatically create accounts in IBM verify. I created groups and mapped the apps based on department and role. So once HR creates new users they will get access to all apps immediately. Setting it up at first can be a bit tricky, especially if you're not from technical background. The instructions can be clear in some parts. Instead than simply onboarding users into apps, it is critical to remove their access on time. Because data security is increasingly critical. Since we integrated SSO for all applications using IBM Verify, deleting users in the interface will remove access to all apps, which is a critical and required feature for all enterprises. Our client required MFA to get access to our application UI. We used IBM Verify to set up a DEMO to prove it works as the client expected. Now, the MFA configuration is in Production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few items that need to be improved. 1. Online help: More step-by-step details may help. 2. Permission on group: there is a need to create admin user for our client, and the client admin shall be able to onboard their Trading Partners, we created a custom "Administrator Role" and limited the user admin right to a certain user group by using scope. It is not working, the client admin cannot create a user in that user group.
