## IBM Targetprocess Reviews
  ### 1. Awesome Product ! Great Engineering

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raghav S. | Senior Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Very Intuitive User Interface.
Ease of Use
Feels like the TP team has spent time in analyzing how to reduce the how to reduce the number of operations (clicks/scrolls) for the user to get the work done.
The best feature that i like is User Story Addition / and Addition of Test cases. You can add a user story in less than 5 seconds and describe when you wish to.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

View Customization is still a little complex. sometimes after customizing your view you don't see the rows generated. Its only after some experience you would understand how to generate a view. But i am sure these people will come up with the most simpler way of handing views.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

My Recommendation would be

a. Please simplify the views
b. In earlier versions of target process iteration planning was simpler now i see its a little difficult.
c. We are interesting in people specific / feature specific / user specific performance reports. I have already mentioned this in previous survey.
d. Security : Sometimes we work with part time developers we wish them to just view a certain part of the project say only a couple of stories. we can do that as of now.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier i used to spend a lot of time creating business requirement document no I do not spend time creating any business requirement document.
1. Add Project
2. Define Features
3. Add User Story
4. Describe User Story
5. Estimation.

Its all so simple and quick. Since Business requirement documents keep changing i put all my ideas as comments and share with the team. Once a month we review all the comments and modify the story description.

  ### 2. Visibility and customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ewa C. | Founder | DevOps Engineer | Software engineer, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The best things in TargetProcess are visibility and customization. TargetProcess provides many examples of tickets views for planning, being up to date with daily tasks or for retrospective purposes. There are different levels to look at tickets: you can easily prioritize all the tickets on a backlog and you can plan each ticket separately. We needed customization, because our workflow is always a work in progress. TargetProcess enables customization of both: views and tickets.

Besides that, the UI is very intuitive. Tickets can be written with Markdown. There is an API, so you can perform regular remote backup.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

At first I missed retrospection views, but then reports were introduced and now you can e.g. make a chart of how many tickets were closed each month.

The only thing that bothers me now is the time needed to first open the TargetProcess in a new tab in a web browser. Apart from that, I see nothing to dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

It's really worth a try and can be of much help, once you set and customize some tickets views.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have one team with scarce number of developers but we have a lot of projects and tickets. Our main problem was filtering and prioritizing the tickets so that we don't have to go through the list of not important tickets too often. TargetProcess enables that and also provides the views to see all the tickets of many projects on one board but also enables filtering out or inactivating a project.

Secondly, Kanban boards are of great importance for us. Thanks to them we can easily change a property of a ticket or relocate a user story between features. That is an irreplaceable help when you have a lot of tickets.

Thirdly, we know it too well that tickets times estimates are prone to mistakes and thus team sprints time boundaries change. In TargetProcess it is very easy to edit a team sprint start and end time, no need to tediously go through all the tickets of a team sprint.

  ### 3. Good Experience with TP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The way TP performs and the way data is always in sync

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Any status updates takes a few seconds to reflect in TP

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

If it is possible please make target process faster when we change status or any other parameters

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using TP for tracking all user stories and defects raised in our application

  ### 4. Smart UX, fantastic customizability.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph D. | Vice President of Product and User Experience, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2015

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Our process has changed a lot over the past 3 years as a startup. Targetprocess has handled literally everything we've thrown at it. I hear other talking about how they wanted to do a unique process in one part of their workflow, but couldn't because of the limitations of their system. That is not the world I live in. Targetprocess is built for customizability.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

We used Asana previously and task creation was almost as fast as typing a list of to-dos. Targetprocess is a bit slower than that for creating multiple tasks/stories, since they reside as cards instead of just list items.

With so much customizability/flexibility, it can take some time to understand what the software can *really* do.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

If you're looking for a project/portfolio management software, particularly if you run Kanban or any flavor of Agile, you owe it to yourself to spend some time in this product. Not long ago, we looked around again at other options for cheaper. Nothing solved the problems with the same flexibility, customizability and UX as Targetprocess.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 4 cross-functional teams working with 4 separate processes. That has been a cinch to handle with Targetprocess. Everything from complex reporting and data insights to very custom workflows and notifications have been possible with their tools. You can even add your own mashups to extend the functionality.

  ### 5. Extraordinary attention to detail far beyond its fundamental value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave L. | Director, User Experience, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2015

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

I'm a user experience director, so my mantra is "I fight for the user." I am certain that there are people like that at TargetProcess.

Above and beyond its fundamental value, I love the fact that there are clearly designers at Targetprocess who love their users in return. Tiny, tasteful microinteractions are all over the product. In many cases, if I think I can click or drag or otherwise manipulate something in a way that feels natural to me, I can. I very much admire the depth of thinking—and re-thinking—that goes into Targetprocess.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Very little: TargetProcess is crafted with great attention to detail. OK, maybe one tiny nit to pick, and I'm really having to dig deep to find something to complain about: It's not possible at present to create a filter that selects all entities (Epics, Features, User Stories, Bugs, etc) where you were the person who modified it since a certain date.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Approach TargetProcess with a thorough grounding in agile practice: it will help you understand it, and will help you get the most out of it.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TargetProcess to manage the backlog in service of the agile workflow for our primary product. TargetProcess helps us gather requirements and requests (yes, and bug reports) from stakeholders, prioritize them along with new features from product management, and coordinate effectively with our developers.

  ### 6. review of target process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kory A. | QA Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

we can do everything using scrum metodologies like create story or bug ticket and also can create test case on there

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

cannot export the testcase or testplan to be a report

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easier to create test case/ test plan so developer can see what tester will do

  ### 7. Extremely Flexible tool for Agile teams with superb customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel S. | CTO, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

We’ve been using Targetprocess for about 2 years, and I’m a big fan of the system. We started out with just 10-12 developers working inside the tool, but once I and other department heads saw the value it brought for our R&D team, adoption began to spread pretty naturally. We now use the tool for development, customer support, marketing, our design team, and content management.

Having everyone work from the same tool has made cooperation between departments much easier. When I need to find specific details, I don’t have to track them down through different versions of the same document or spreadsheet; everything is accessible right from one place.

Their development team puts out a pretty consistent stream of new features. I was impressed when I first found the tool 2 years ago, and they’ve made some immense improvements since then. The software is very open-ended and quite powerful -- I don’t think there’s any limit to how much the tool can grow in the near future.

Overall, I’d say this is an impressive and extremely powerful tool

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

I do think that the UI can be a little difficult sometimes for newer users. However, this easily made up for by their superb support team. I’ve never had to wait long to speak directly to a real person, and they’re always quite friendly and easy to talk to.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inter-department collaboration
bugtracking to test cases workflow

  ### 8. Very customisable, but requiring to set up well

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Industrial Automation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

With boards its possible to almost always show the data you need.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Lacks a out-of-the box setup that works well for a standard development flow. Not so easy (though better than previously) to make cross-project releases.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of development, from idea, to implementation to test

  ### 9. Targetprocess has been incredibly flexible and met our needs near perfectly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan W. | Director of Engineering, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The flexibility. I loved being able to create a custom workflow and custom boards to exactly fit our desired work process. Unlike JIRA, Targetprocess was easy to customize and get set up with very quickly in an intuitive way. The UI with the custom boards is beautiful.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The UI is a little bit sluggish especially during the middle of the work day. Everything is loaded asynchronously, even when it is something which could in theory be cached (e.g. list of assignable users). That said, it is not slow enough to be a major hindrance, and during non-peak hours is pretty quick.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Targetprocess gives you incredible flexibility but is also not too daunting to properly set-up. You can make it fit your work flow and everyone can create their own boards to suit their individual work flow.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Targetprocess to manage all of our software development tasks and planning. It is working significantly better than Pivotal Tracker which we switched away from.

  ### 10. Before you think "no tool will fit my process" take a look at TargeProcess.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil H. | Solutions Architect, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The features introduced in the latest incarnation are great for digitising offline processes. Although we were initially just using it for simple project management tasks, we've now branched out into other uses. The interface is extremely customisable, and behind the scenes a REST API allows for all kinds of extensions. The support team are great, and issues are few and far between,.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Some staff find the learning curve a little steep if they aren't already familiar with the terms and concepts involved. We've been working to train people in-house to get around this, however some kind of "getting started" tutorial content (in addition to the extensive help already available) would be great. As far as the tool itself, it's so configurable and constantly improving it's hard to dislike anything for long.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Work out how you're going to use it first, before attempting to roll anything out to your team. It will be more confusing in the long term to have people trying to use the system whilst big configuration changes are still going on, and it might ultimately harm adoption.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TargetProcess for project management, test management, timesheets, helpdesk and some sales support. It's great to have everything in one place, as it makes transferring easy and avoids length write-ups. We also run a bespoke reporting app that makes use of the API, which automates many processes that were previously done manually in Excel.

  ### 11. Simplifies our daily work tremendously

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel T. | Senior Business Consultant, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2015

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Does all the things Trello is missing. Has a great and mostly very intuitive UI.
It's great to be able to supply every person in our team with the views which are most helpful to him/her. To be able to see all work not only in Kanban type list views but also in a timeline or a hierarchical view.
The documenting and structuring abilities are good enough so we can document software projects entirely in Targetprocess, except for wireframes and clickable prototypes for which we rely on Axure.
The integration with Helpdesk is also great, like that we can convert customer feedback directly into internal bugs and tasks and can the customer inform about fixes made and all from within the same tool.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Setting Targetprocess up is not as easy as setting up Trello, but then it is also far more powerful! There is quite a bit of a learning curve and the setup pages show that they are from different product generations. The concept of mashups and plugins adds a lot of flexibility in the way you can adapt Targetprocess to your specific needs, but it often takes a bit of searching among all the setup possibilities, mashups and plugins when you want to alter a setting later on. It's a bit pricey for small companies but all things considered it's worth its price.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Just give it a try with a small real world project with a small team and then decide.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to manage simple website projects, managed as Kanban projects and complex long lasting software development projects managed with Scrum.
We also use it as a Helpdesk tool for our customers.
Seeing all our projects and more maintenance oriented tasks all in the same tool simplified our planning and managing processes tremendously.

  ### 12. Software Consultancy Using Scrum

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will T. | Owner, Consultant, Software Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The ability to track any project hierarchy you may need.
The visual aspect of managing any portion of your process.
The ease of use for non-technical people, we have our clients using it as well as our team.
Unlimited Projects, Stories, etc.
Roll up functionality for Epics, Features, User Stories, Bugs.
Ability to define your process and what is allowed within it's flow.
User access control from project to project and role to role.
Powerful selection ability at the Project & Team level.
Amazing filtering features on just about any attribute available throughout the system.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Export capabilities without programming could be better.
Printing a project's worth of stories is difficult to do.
Lack of secure git repositories.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

If you manage any kind of a project hierarchy for multiple clients Target Process does that beautifully. It's a hard requirement to meet and they do it well. Target Process excels if you want your clients to use a simple , yet powerful system along with your team. I love the visual aspect of seeing just about any type of data in the various entities throughout the system. The fact I can create a view that allows me to focus or manipulate just about anything in the system is awesome. The filtering helps make the views even more powerful by allowing you to focus on exactly what you want.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple, simultaneous projects with one team using Scrum.
Simple exposure of our process, and sprint progress to our clients.
Limiting a client's access to only their projects.
Allowing our team to see all current projects.
Simplify daily operations by using visual representation of a sprint's progress through our custom designed Scrum process.
Ability to track burndown for all projects in a sprint or selected projects simply.
We are considerably more efficient using Target Process.
We explored more than a dozen different Scrum/Agile platforms in order to match our requirements and Target Process was the only platform that did. 18 months after deploying it we are still very, very happy with it. The TP team is constantly improving it, too.

  ### 13. Perfect tool to have the work done your way!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmitry M. | Head of Analytics, Data and Compliance, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

1. Fully customized processes.
You can setup processes your way and not change the process to meek the tool requirements.
2. Process per team.
Each team can have own processes. Team processes then can match project process stages for easy reporting and managing on big projects with multiple teams.
3. Charts and dashboards.
Easy reporting and tracking.
4. Customized entities,
Not all processes work with UserStory or Bug. You can change names of entities to match your teams/processes/business domain.
5. Great visualization for project management.
6. Support.
All questions are answered quickly and professionally.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

1. Licence cost :-)
If your team is up to 5 people - you can you SaaS version of TP free (at least on the time of this review)

2. Projects portfolio management is not yet fully implemented (or may be I missed the last update :-))

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Try and you like it.
Do not hesitate to contact support team during test drive - this will improve your test experience,

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Software development
2. Infrastructure development
3. Non SWDev and Infra projects management (IT Standards compliance, BI and etc.)

Scope management
Stakeholder management
Prioritization

I have free account where I manage my personal projects including the ones for home re-furniture and etc.

  ### 14. Targetprocess is a nice tool for development project management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marek L. | Integration Specialist, Translation and Localization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

I like the best the option for each individual to set up their own views, what they like and what fits them most from their perspective. I have worked with Targetprocess as both developer and manager and it fits both roles really nice.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

I sometimes expect too much from Targetprocess, there are some impossible boards and functionalities that I would like to have. Some fields are not possible to put into horizontal/vertical lanes - although to give credit where it's due - they are expanding that list over time. Targetprocess is missing some features for the managers as some mass editing of user stories.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are managing our development through Targetprocess, we also use the Help Desk features for the products we have developed and are supporting. As a tool, it fits these roles really well.
The benefit is to have everything in one place, we have multiple smaller teams that are sometimes working together on bigger products and with team workflows, definable teams and projects it is really possible to solve these problems.

  ### 15. TP showing what you need

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kees V. | Configuration Manager, Machinery, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

When the views are properly set-up, it shows you what you need to know. Whether you are at the stand-up, starting to work on an assigned ticket, etc.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Properly setting up the boards is not a task that I look forward on doing. Without properly set-up views you will not easily find the information you need. Fortunately you do this once for each view you need.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Take some time to properly set it up. Do not make your set-up to complex as this will make scaling up harder.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using TP to aid us in using scrum.

We started using TP with our testers and one team of software developers only. We knew that we could sell this to the rest of the software teams and that we needed a tool that can be scaled beyond software and testers. The tool is more than capable of doing so.

  ### 16. Target Process & Ease of Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LISA S. | Production Support Manager, Insurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

That is seems to capture all the elements needed to have multiple teams and business areas review the details, criteria, action plan and that we can all experience this communication in one place via requests, stories, tasks, etc.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The search feature in TP3 is hidden, unlike in TP2.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

If a company is looking to cut down on disturbing others during their work day and will use TP as the source of all information, they will find their productivity is increased.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one collective place to work a user story so communication does not get lost, or in the case of email folks get dropped from an email conversation but as long as that user is in TP they are in the loop. Less running around the office to visit others to discuss user stories and criteria, which equates to more productivity.

  ### 17. Works pretty well

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

I like the workflow of Targetprocess. It's very easy to get a good overview of all works which has to be done

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

That I can't easily scoll down the whole view.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

resource management of research and developement issues

  ### 18. Organized and effeciant

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The ability to quickly move items from one status to another

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

This software would have been the end all if they had some sort of timeline projection built into it and time tracking

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Adding a few more features that would help out with project management - ie time tracking - timeline projection - this was the only reason why we switched products

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management - keeping production organized and able to read from a distance

  ### 19. A great tool for managing Product Development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Versatility in configuration. Entities aren't set in stone and it's customizable. Interactive, great UX and efficient.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The search. Finding the right thing can be hard. And search doesn't show all entities.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking issues, goals, milestones and accountability.

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The thing I like best is how easy it is to set up views.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Occasional inconsistencies or need to refresh boards. Can be slow.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Take some time to learn how to set up views and dashboards.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web development process management. Facilitates both Kanban and Scrum. Biggest benefit is transparency and documenting the development process.

  ### 24. Targetprocess is a GREAT Project Management Tool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2017

I like how customizable the software is, the Targetprocess team is always open to feedback. The support team is great, they're very fast and personable.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The mobile app, it doesn't work like the desktop version does and is ver glitchy.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management and deadlines, Targetprocess platform allows ALL of the team to be on the same page.

  ### 25. TargetProcess, more like TargetAwesome!

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The ability to define how we view our process.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Not much. The learning curve is a bit steep at first. The site doesn't always refresh properly.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an agile group, but are rather deadline-oriented, rather than sprint oriented, so the ability to work in a kanban fashion, but with things like start-end dates is fantastic.

  ### 26. Best blend of simplicity and flexibility I've ever seen.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert C. | Lead Application Architect, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Target Process is very easy to use while offering configuration that has enabled me to use it in any workplace environment. Their support is great. it's nice being able to reach out to a person and get a response in real time. The UX clearly has a lot of thought and care put into it. Everyone I have shown this product to has enjoyed working in it.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

I would like to see more effort invested in their request portal. Target process offers development teams great tools to manage their backlog, but the lack of features in their customer facing side makes it hard for our company to share content with our end users.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Don't wait. Te investment in it is worth every penny.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to manage projects at every level. From the high level road-mapping down to the development tasking out of work. Target Process gives us great visibility at every level, and the great thing about it is project managers no longer need to update project status. Target process allows for day to day task moment to impact project completion aggregates. Great tool all around!

  ### 27. Simple project management that works the way you want it to.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The clean interface that works well. We also use the API to automatically create dev request which is really handy.

We commonly use TP as a knowledge base for all development issues. All issues are submitted into TP and tracked there as request. Those request can become bugs and/or stories. Regardless of the type of TP it is, we can search TP and retrieve stored solutions and fixes previous devs used.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

TP has several features that don't work well in IE but do in other browsers. The lack of browser compatibility is annoying and I am even using IE 11.

The main search feature doesn't allow sorting by created date, TP number etc. To perform sorts like that, we have to create a TP3 board and search on the board and then sort on the board columns. It would be nice if the general TP search allowed sorts.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using TP to manage our Agile development for several in house projects. Its has helped us to keep track of where our projects are in the development life cycle. It has also helped us determine where our deficiencies are when we see TP's being split across sprints.

  ### 28. I've been working in an agile project for over a year using TP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan F. | Senior software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

It's an amazing tool, really designed to help team members to manage to do their tasks during an agile project.

You can create as many dashboards as you need, mixing the attributes you need to correlate. For example, you can have a dashboard to use in daily meetings, another to perform refinements, another to view sprints overview, etc...

Its report section is one of the best I've seen in a long time. You can build almost any report you imagine, using a lot of metrics tracked during the project.

Moreover, you can perform a lot of customisations: Information shown by each element in the kanban board, size of the elements, the colour can depend on a lot of attributes (priority, time in each status, etc...).

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

If your internet connection is very slow, you'll have trouble using this application.

And there is an engine that automatically closes stories when all its tasks has been closed. This feature is great, but sometimes it doesn't work very well.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

If you're not tied by a large suite of products (like atlassian or IBM) this tool is one of the best I know.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinate and manage an agile project.

  ### 29. Simple. Lots to discover

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Online user guide with videos and online support

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Complex or unclear entity relationships

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Backlog work items and collaboration of details. Benefits rely on the teams and individuals using TP and the extent of information they want to get out of it.

  ### 30. Loaded with Features, Fast, Smooth, and get the job done

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imad S. | Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

amazing support, responsive and almost immediate problem solving.
Live Chat sessions with their support are always fruitful, most of the times, 3 minutes into the session, the questions Is answered.

TP team provide support for technical issues, and help you get things done with TP (in cases where you are not able to figure things out on your own)

The product is very easy to use, no training needed. Team members can just get things done without TP getting in the way.

The new features and development cycle is great, and they kept the software fast, reliable with no noticeable bugs.

I am using TP since 2007, and I have carried it over with me to two companies, suggested it to my colleagues, and I continuously use it.

They have the most friendly and responsive, and knowledgeable team.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

I cannot keep up with the new features. (maybe this is a positive).

it doesn't work well with IE 11. I am working on Microsoft Edge now, and I doesn't work as good as expected. They have great performance on Chrome and Firefox.

need more support for Microsoft products.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

If you use it, you will stick with it.
The most important part is the human interaction, how you feel that the TP team doesn't only sell you licenses, they extend their support to helping you getting your job done.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Project management --> smooth especially with reporting and planning features
2. team management
3. Bug tracking -> easy, straight forward, testers and developers do not need any training beyond the process/workflow
4. Documentation generation

Managing features/user stories/tasks in a nice graphical way with a lot of different possible boards.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal development software project management.

  ### 32. One of the best online scrum management tools around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rashid A. | Head of Mobile Development, Pharmaceuticals, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

I specially love the custom reports and views feature. The web application itself is super smooth and fast and works amazingly fast with even the slowest internet connections. The support team is very friendly and helpful. The UX is very intuitive and easy to use. Creating custom fields and workflows is very dynamic.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

A good native mobile app would be great. Lack of advanced email and mobile notification settings.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped our development team tremendously. It is very easy to use for new members of our team. The fact that you can get things done with the minimum number of clicks makes sprint planning meetings enjoyable. Our team members can keep track of their effort with custom reports while top level managers can apply organization strategies through tracking epics.

  ### 33. Nice tool for our requirements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Very clear user interface, the functionality provided by the tool, it's ease of use and the support provided by the company. There's continuous enhancements going on which is another plus point.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

It would have found much more use with in our organisation if it supported multiple cost centres and multiple costs for different resources. It also lacks plug-ins for some of the common devops/sysops tools.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Easy to set up and fulfills most of our day to day project management needs

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We as an organisation are trying to move towards agile way of project delivery. This tool has come handy as most of our projects (including some with third parties) are delivered using Target Process. Prior to this, it was quite a manual process of tracking the progress using spreadsheets.

  ### 34. Easy to learn - hard to master

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Works very nice for small and big projects. Customazation is the KEY of TP!

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Custom excel export. Maybe it is implemented but i do not know how to use it...

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Try it.
Experiment
Give yourself some time.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main reason that we use the TP is project management .
As co - founder of a small startup project BurzaOtpada we do not need detailed project management , basically the process is adjusted so it can be easy to use .

In my day job as a lead developer in the company Hattricksg.com we use TP to maximum . A number of products , projects , different workflows for projects / products .

As I mentioned earlier - Customatizaton is the key !

  ### 35. Exxxtrodinary!

**Reviewed by:** Zohair I. | Merchandising Executive, Textiles, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The flexibility of the product is amaxing. and user experience is so good. Looking at the number of features it offers, the interface responds pretty fast.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

there should be email alerts or auto reports.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Spend some time with Target Process than searching alternatives. TP will get what you want done if you understand the core.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

using it to a) development of a custom CRM for my company and b) tracking issues+changes to existing ERP

  ### 36. Great product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxime P. | Software Developer, Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Great ui, very intuitive, whiteboard experience.

Very customizable.
Can add custom states
Custom allowed state transitions
Customize what you see in the UI (bugs, stories, only stories of this iteration assigned to you with more than 3 points , etc.)

Great notification system with @name, mention all assigned users, reliable email system.

Able to install locally, all important company information is hosted within the company.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The time sheets UI is not great and it is very tedious to enter time there. Also would be great to have personal default values for Category/Job code in the Time Sheet

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

It's better than JIRA

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm only a developer, not really concerned about this question.

  ### 37. My favorite Project Management Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara G. | Director of Product Analysis, Pharmaceuticals, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

I like the flexibility of the boards and the reports, and the integration with source control. It is easy to learn to use, and the availability and quality of the support is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Some of the things that were easy to do in TP2 are more complicated in TP3, and I think the mobile app could use some work.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

I've used other project management/agile support software. Targetprocess is my favorite tool to-date. It is easy to implement and use and can be tailored to support various project management processes.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to track the pipeline of working coming in the department, Managing sprints and releases, leveling work assignments and tracking releases.

  ### 38. Good product with a great roadmap to complete

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge C. | Team Coordinator, Consumer Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Intuitive visual interface, speed and easy to user / setup. Great improvement since last major version (2).

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The reporting seems to me to be the major leak. Must find a better solution for reporting, also easy to setup.
The capacity planning and days off is also a must have to allow teams / projects / companies to plan properlly the work.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting and daylly work visibility / planning.

  ### 39. TargetProcess has allowed me to apply structure to our product delivery processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton B. | Group Technical Product Delivery Manager, Telecommunications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

TargetProcess encapsulates our entire SDLC in a single location, and allows us to track product development all the way from inception through design, development and testing to deployment.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The learning curve for people without an Agile background can be steep.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a tool that would help us with standardize our project processes, with centralized progress tracking and reporting.

  ### 40. Target Process is a great product with new features added on a regular basis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | Software Development Manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2015

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

I love the product. I have been using it 3 ½ years and recommended it to my present employer when I started in my position here over a year ago. It is extremely configurable. Because of the flexibility and configurability, we continue to expand upon its use and are doing things I'm sure they didn't intend. … The UI is beautiful. Our CEO wants to steal their UX team. They do a great job with pumping out new features on a regular basis. The product is extremely stable, and that includes their hosting service.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Not much to dislike, although we do have have wants for features not yet available. TP is good about listening and has even had a rep contact us to listen to our requests.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Don't be afraid to configure the system to fit your needs. there are process templates available which can be copied and modified for use.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently managing all of the work of our Dev, BA and QA teams, as well as product management. We are expanding our use into operations for change management.

  ### 41. Great project management app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artas B. | Product Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2015

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

By now I went through five or six popular project management apps, including Jira, Basecamp and Trello and I was always highly frustrated by different aspects of using them. Target Process (TP), on the other hand, makes it very easy to manage a wide range of projects in the app. This ease of use is not accidental, rather the people behind TP listen carefully to their customers and iterate on the feedback. As a result, you have the application, which allows you to define your custom project structure, create a one-off or permanent dashboard and switch between different ways of looking at the same data.

Not to underestimate, TP is a very visual and easy to navigate app, which is a permanent headache with many other competitors. One thing that I would like to add with the benefit of the time is that TP does not stop - we regularly see new updates, bug fixes and useful features added to the mix, while less successful features get removed. Plus, their support reaches out to customers proactively and tries to understand what makes the application useful for your specific case. So all around a great choice for project management.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

I've heard some people in our team groan about TP saying that it is hard to grok and every time our follow up discussion would lead us to the same conclusion - project management is a complex discipline, so if you project is complex - e.g. has many different stories, to be done across many iterations, with each story forced to go through a number of phases - it's not the fault of the application.

Having said that, one thing I would like to see improved in the future are load times. When you use the app for the first time it takes some time to load.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Make sure you understand your projects and internal processes well before jumping into the Targetprocess implementation. Also, prepare to invest into training TP users, because just leaving them to figure the system out by themselves will not lead to anything good.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a number of different projects types in the company - engineering works with classical agile iterations, business works on a number of more evergreen initiatives, and office management is about handling specific requests. Believe it or not, all of those projects can be easily accommodated within the Target Process thanks to powerful customization and visualization options that it has.

We also constantly shift from solo and team working modes, that is, I might need to look at Target Process to determine my priorities for the week at one moment or sit in a meeting and look at team deliverables next, and the different visual modes it has works perfectly for that.

  ### 42. Excelent tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kely H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2016

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The easily way to configure Target Process is the most important thing

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

I can use the only entity type and hierarchy defined from Target Process Team (like User Story, Features, etc)

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Spend some time configuring the Targetprocess currectly. It'll be very valuable to you!

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage my developer team (60 people) with Scrum only with Target Process

  ### 43. Amazing PM software - nr.1 for me on the market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jan S. | Founder, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2015

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Tons of features, customizability, UI, customer support - I love basically everything.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

API integration could be done better, but there is at least its existence. And in the end, WebHooks by itself are more customizable.

Price is not the cheapest, however first 1000 entities are free and this should be enough even for a large project.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Go for it!

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially we were using Trello, as it is clean and great for startups, however after some time we felt we missing a lot of features, e.g. roadmaps, burndown charts, start dates and similar to these. I registered to over 20 Project Management apps/software and I have found all of my requested features only in TargetProcess. Even a feature to adjust the start date of a user story/task/bug which comes really handy when moving from a different PM app (in our case Trello).

Honestly, I would suggest it to anybody - there is nothing better (currently).

  ### 44. TargetProcess is a great project management solution for diverse methodologies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim S. | Product Management / Application Deployment and Support, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2015

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

TargetProcess allows our organization to manage multiple projects, with each project utilizing a different methodology and workflow. TP provides a high level of configurability and a robust suite of features that set it apart from every other product that I've found. Not only does TP deliver a powerful project management solution, their support team is second to none. I've never dealt with a more responsive, knowledgable, and professional group of product support specialists. Extremely stable product.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

There's not much to dislike about TargetProcess. There are a few small changes I'd like to see rolled out in future releases, such as hiding or disabling some fields and functionality that our organization doesn't utilize, just to reduce a little noise. Although this could probably be done through a custom mashup.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

If you're an administrator, utilize TP Support to help you get going. Don't try to figure it out on your own.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By tracking all things software through TargetProcess we're able to provide business stakeholders cohesive visibility into every project. The more we use TP the more uses we find for it. Probably the best testament of the power of TargetProcess is that we recently implemented a reorganization of our development projects and teams, without breaking stride.

  ### 45. Great tool, but not without flaws

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel W. | Chief CCO Officer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2015

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Targetprocess re-invents the workflow board, sort of like combining Trello and full-featured issue trackers and project management systems. The way it lets you create different view to slice the data and drag&drop between grids to change properites of the cards is amazing.

+ Easy to use
+ Incredible customization available
+ Rich, feature-packed filtering query language

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

What I dislike the most is that the experience isn't consistent - some data types can be created, renamed and tweaked extensively, while some others are set in stone and baked into the system. I would rather have that it was very scaled down, and that you could create your own data types for cards, instead of having a few baked-in types (Epic, Feature, UserStory, Request, Bug etc). And the cards are tied to metadata such as Release, Project, User, Role, Effort etc - these cannot be modified and you cannot use them as you will.

- Cannot rename card types or create more, delete unused types etc
- You have to choose between points or hours as Effort metric - but they don't work the same! Some features are not available when you choose points instead of hours. I'd rather it was only a label choosing "p" instead of "h".
- Multiple stuff like the above - some stuff is build-in and cant be changed and it can be very confusing.
- API is a mess. Everything can be modified in every request, instead of having separate requests for midifying different objects. For instance: you add a comment to a bug, you have to include the user (as an object, not just an id) that authored the comment. However, if you accidentally input the wrong name for the user (but the correct ID), it will actually *change the name* of that user. WTF?
- Query language is very useful, but has some subtle bugs and inconsistencies.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can customize the app to fit our workflow in a way that is not possible with most other tools. This is much better than having to customize your workflow to fit the app.

  ### 46. A useful tool with excellent customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2015

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The best thing is that I can develop my own processes in the tool. I can translate the needs and requirements of my clients exactly. Thus, I can build a IT supporting project management adapted to the company. Sometimes I do not get ahead when programming my user-specific requirements. But the customer support is really fantastic. There is a contact person of TargetProcess has contacted me. This person has processed my problems always directly. Either he can solve the problem directly or he has informed the competent developers about it and the challenge was eliminated in the shortest possible time.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

I find it a pity that the tool is not yet available in German. I personally have no problem with it, but many executive employees who do not speak English are working with this tool. This has already cost some nerves among employees. But it is positive that the employees also learn a bit of English.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We collect feedback (Suggestions, problems and desires) from all of our employees in all departments. In the past, many topics have perished due to the mass of feedback. It was also not always clear on what issues should now be working.
Now our meetings are very structured due TargetProcess and the staff know what they are supposed to work and work much faster.

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Target Process has enabled us to run global teams in an agile process and allowed us to transform our process from a semi-agile process with QA to a full agile process. We can represent all aspects of the lifecycle from stories to test cases and give transparency to all members of the teams.

We also use Target Process as a basic helpdesk triage tool for our development work using their email to issue functionality. It has superb integration with other systems include Git, Bugzilla but we have been able to use their API's to create our own plugins for other business processes.

The rules engine allows us to manage our process and ensure data is inline and updated correctly. Target Process does not prescribe the process and is extremely flexible allows teams, products, bugs, stories, etc to have different processes that overlap. They now provide a great solution gallery of boards for users to take and modify to enable their process.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Due to the flexibility Target Process it can be a little daunting for a new user but there is a lots of great documentation on the web.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been solving our development end to end Software Delivery Life cycle management with Target Process. We manage agile sprints and backlogs in the system, as well as client driven issues which are synced into Target Process from Bugzilla. We do this for legacy reasons but also allows us another level of control before data enters Target Process.

We are able to report on the progress of sprints in dashboards and visualise charts such as burn down but also other charts giving insight to how the process is performing.

  ### 48. TargetProcess - Great help, if you develop software with agile methods

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The concept of board with customisable cards is absolutely great. Entity types, extensibility is also great!

We use the software for couple of years now, without any major issues, which is a big thing for us, as we use the software within the company daily based, pretty heavily.

Targetprocess, as a tool really gives us the flexibility that we need from such a tool, perfect match!

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Actually I cannot really highlight anything, that I would dislike or has been annoyed by - nor now, neither in our history with Targetprocess. Of course I would like to see some more great features - who not? - but the tool now covers well our needs.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

As far as I know, for a limited smaller group (maybe up to 5) you can use or try targetprocess for free. We tried to implement our workflow in TargetProcess, after going through the most essential parts of the manual, we could make a successful implementation easily. Later on, we learned couple of great tricks with the new versions, that we adopted early. So in short: try it, try a few software packages that are the closest to your needs and then decide what fits your needs the best!

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company, Nebu, is software and related service vendor for the Market Research industry. Having a good project management tool that is developed for agile methods, for us is essential: we develop software in scrum and scrumban method and do service activities in Kanban - how we phrase now, everything must go through this tool, "there is no life outside Targetprocess"

  ### 49. Best Project Management Ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan B. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The creation of different boards. It's very clever.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Sometimes, the "Customize Workflow" does not work as expected. It did not arrange well when I add a new column.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying customer requirements. I also realized that by using Target Process, my team now is now organized.

  ### 50. “Their support is great, their continuous updates and the voting systems.”

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The constant updates and their support team

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The live chat software is much better and my feedback has been taken on board, they have no implemented IMap support and their support is even better with the short videos explaining how to do things.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Target Process takes time to learn, you need more than a 30 day trial, you need to run a simple project on it, however is worth the wait and be prepared to constantly learn as they constantly improve.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping developers organise their work, it is getting better now as I use MS Project much less however I still need MS project to get an overall view of projects, epics, features etc.
