  ### 10. Robust Product Management Platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2022

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Apptio Targetprocess is built for Agile teams and excels at planning and management of the most critical intake and development processes to just standard portfolio management. It's not often that you can say that a tool grows with you as you get more advanced and in the weeds of project/product management, but this platform does. Taking advantage of the flexibility in managing processes is another area that they focus on and provide great benefit in as well.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

I don't have any thing that I would say is a dislike. I'm really happy with the overall product experience. I guess if I had to mention something, they don't have as many integrations as others in the same market. However, again I really think this is a strength because for the integrations that they do have they are complete more so than need feature enhancements.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster time to market, oversight into project and product management, a tool that serves as a record of source aligned with our business intake process, and a development tool for teams.

  ### 11. TP; an alternatieve to JIRA

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2021

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

I like that it is highly flexible when setting up your board views. It has your typical Scrum and Kanban view. With just those two basic views, you can build many different board views according to your needs.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Since it is not a pure Scrum board, prioritization does not work well here. You would need to state which of the User Stories has higher priority implicitly, and the ordering may or may not get messed up depending on your views.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

If you have a smaller budget and want to move away from Trello, definitely give TP a try, especially if you're still not big enough and don't need all the fancy stuff that JIRA has to offer.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to visualize all of our Product works for the Engineering team to pick up. I would say one of the benefits I appreciate with Targetprocess is its flexibility, which is something I find lacking with JIRA or Trello

  ### 12. Great project management software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2021

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Targetprocess is easy to customize to what works best for your project. If you need more, you can add whatever you need, like setting up different views to help keep track of the standing of your projects.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Targetprocess takes a long time to get used to because so much can be added to it. If you have long-term projects navigating Targetprocess can be intimidating and hard to do.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management problems I am solving with Targetprocess. I use the software to keep track of where projects stand and how much more needs to be done in order to meet my goals.

  ### 13. Helped us a lot with complex projects and investments.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sai C. | Senior Pricing Analyst/Deal Desk, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Outstanding pricing system, easy to put in place so the implementation/training of expert solutions are class that is first. The application is effective and also works with various methods to Agile/Agile Scrum, and also includes pre built application solutions like sound. Our company was all set up in an extremely short period of time.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Because we're an international company, there was no great way to link customers on the tasks together with the capability to bring responses on the cards without buying a licence. In particular situations, there have been over ten participants taking part in the project who'd have extremely limited interactions. This would not seem sensible to buy a licence for all people.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

After seeing several of the videos, it looked as we appreciated the adaptability to make our customized processes. It was truly cool to have the ability to seamlessly transport cards around teams depending on the position of theirs.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Targetprocess helps us a great deal to handle a complicated project, with numerous teams doing work in tandem on an extensive product roadmap. My realization was to be able to be well worth the investment, teams must make use of most of the functions as well as metrics which could be grown. Based on the client 's task management, it wasn't feasible to properly use sprints as well as create metrics in particular scenarios. In all those situations, we wound up migrating to a different device.

  ### 14. the reports issued by targetprocess are very complete

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhonny H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2020

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Provides an excellent tool to design agile methodologies that allow a more efficient approach to the activities or tasks that are pending to be developed in my business. In addition, the design of its interface is responsive, allowing full adaptation to different devices. Speaking a little about consumer support, it is quite effective in solving the problems that may arise, in addition to responding in fairly short periods of time, so I do not stay stuck waiting for a response from them. The reports it issues are quite complete and very well designed, which provides information of ideal weight for decision-making within the organization or simply to adapt processes within it.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The customization of the views of the entities is somewhat poor, which does not allow a custom design of them. Prices are somewhat expensive, which is a disadvantage for small companies since they lose sight of the benefits that this system offers them.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was used as a tool to design new development strategies within my company, since we were looking for a tool that would allow us to design and structure new adaptation mechanisms to the needs that the current world demands, and we consider that through this application We could take that first step, since it presents many approaches to agile methodologies, which are the ones that are dominating the current market.

  ### 15. Agile and manageable to carry out a practical and effective management of the projects.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** lucas w. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2020

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Allows you to personalize the tool of a practical and effective achieving to create very dynamic boards in which the activities that you have to be developed and executed by all the members of the work team are guided achieving this way, improving the whole workflow.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Its interface is a bit complex to handle the first few days so it is a bit confusing to understand the proper functioning of its functions.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Is very useful and easy to use as it allows you to manage all projects in a useful and efficient way .

  ### 16. Awesome software and the best support I've ever experienced

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael J. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2020

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Target Process is the perfect app for someone who isn't afraid to get into the details and likes to configure things. It is incredibly configurable and adaptable. There is hardly anything I want to do that I can't find a way to do, and they are continually improving it. It has a wide selection of plugins, customizations, mashups, automation capabilities, an API and commercial integrations. And the pricing is reasonable enough for a small business to afford. And the tech support is honestly superb - I've never gotten this kind of support from ANY company for anything. Even on a free trial they respond quickly, helpfully, in detail - and the support people know their stuff! None of the ridiculous scripted responses - these folks know the product backwards and forwards and are always helpful -and they're honest when the software simply can't do anything. They also have a public suggestion list you can vote on - and they pay attention to what customers need.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

There's not much to dislike about it - I'm almost afraid to recommend it too strongly because I'm afraid they'll grow too fast and not be able to keep things up as they are now.
If there was one thing I would like to see change - it would be this: right now, the assumption is that every resource tracked in the system is also an active user, who needs a license. There's no real ability to track work assignments and resource availability on people who are not also licensed users. This is perfectly reasonable if you are following the intended model of each resource taking their assignments from the system and updating as they progress. However, if you have a model where a smaller group of managers track the work of a larger group of people , you will have to pay for licenses for everyone. There are ways to get around this but then you lose some of the capabilities of the software. I would like for them to allow assigning work to users who don't necessarily log into the system and use it - either by having a concept of a "passive" user (perhaps at a reduced cost) or else by not requiring assignments to be tied to licensed users.
I recognize that this may not be an issue in many businesses however.
One thing I haven't been able to do with it, that would be helpful is have it send notifications based on calculations with dates - eg send a notification when the current date is x days before the date in a date field. It's possible that this can be done using the API or the most recent automation updates - I haven't looked at this recently but it wasn't possible a while back.

The timeline calendar views are a bit clumsy to use - you can't just select a standard time scale (quarter, month, week) . The date picker doesn't have a Today button so sometimes you have to scroll through a long range of dates to get where you want. This is surprising given how thoughtful most of the product is. And the controls for timeline views are rather unintuitive compared to almost everything else.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

I don't have a lot of experience with similar tools so I can't really compare it well. I initially chose it because of the capabilities and because it was affordable for a tiny business. The UI and configuration can be quirky at times - but I love how much customization it affords. It doesn't offer much in terms of dependencies in the way that MS Project does - but it also doesn't bog you down with Project's rigidity.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used the software in a variety of ways - for the intended use case of software development (very small business), for tracking projects in a more general way, and I've adapted it for use in a completely different use case. Really - it's great stuff.

I've not used the strategy and road mapping much yet - but they look quite good.

  ### 17. Targetprocess

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve I. | Sales Director, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2019

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

With a powerful infrastructure and renowned visualization functionality, Targetprocess offers improved power to manage its desktop interface on a mobile application platform. Available for Android and iOS devices, Targetprocess provides instant access to various projects wherever you are. After logging in to your account, the various boards you have created are arranged in a streamlined UX interface. At first, the system may be crowded. This is especially important if you have been assigned several tables. However, each column of the array is unfolded and folded. Prevent the feeling overwhelmed by an infinite number of boards by zooming in on just one board at a time. Access to project whiteboards is easy, but what about tracking progress? The included messaging interface offers a secure and stable communication portal — convenient access to private messages with other team members or access to group chats in a simple layout. The intuitive messaging system is native to your device, minimizing communication errors. In addition to the basic design and task overview, Targetprocess mobile application allows you to add new tasks such as additional project features, bug reports, and user histories. Combined with a dynamic search interface that allows you to search for tasks, comments, and tasks, you can stay up to date with the latest developments and events wherever you work.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The interface is not 100% fluid, there are sometimes slow response times, and there is an error in the error

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

In principle, the Targetprocess mobile application is an excellent support tool. From a comprehensive project update tool to native gesture control, it's never been easier to keep track of what matters most to you and your business.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Targetprocess offers a unique and flexible solution for managing the tracking and monitoring of projects during the journey. Designed to simplify agile application designs, the mobile application interface delivers Targetprocess power in the palm of your hand.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

It is almost too large and does not have a good time tracking integration. In a business that relies heavily on time tracking, it would be so nice to have a seamless time tracking tool built-in. Would save headache all over the place.

Its way of effectively managing the projects that are generated, the established processes and the needs of the company is really incredible, it is easy to use and is characterized by its ability to customize based on the requirements of the company precisely, optimizing management of marketing and recruitment. On the other hand, its technical support is wonderful because it has a "Live Chat" with trained personnel to handle the different situations that may arise.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

In situations it gets a little slow and makes it difficult to extract essential data, thus hindering the operability of the moment, but it is important to recognize that this fault occurs due to the excess of recorded data and assigned functionalities, I would dare to call it "a normal fault" based In the logic of the matter.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

It is recommended for medium and large companies that need a tracking of each activity that is carried out, the planning of each service or product to be created and, above all, the impact that it causes in the market, all this by the hand of an impeccable organization through various tools and types of view mentioned above.

  ### 35. Very Good with Some Big Areas to Improve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2018

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Compared to several other tools I have used, Targetprocess remains highly versatile without succumbing to feature bloat. It is just simple enough without being cumbersome, which is walking a tightrope.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

There are still some versatility lacking unless you're set up to doing very specific agile frameworks. Most teams have a blended approach to their unique framework, and it's difficult to get Targetprocess to always respond effectively.

One other issue is the slowness I've seen in response to support tickets. They take days and then they don't seem to really answer my question.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

It's great for small teams that are growing, especially when you need more features than Trello but don't the clunkiness of JIRA.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Targetprocess helps me manage complex development cycles for multiple teams. It allows me to keep everything in one place and be a source of truth for product teams.

  ### 36. Solid Project Management Software

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The "Deals, Sections, Jobs" view enables the user to view all projects simultaneously and drill down to the various levels of detail. A beautiful view which has helped me and my team immensely.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

It seems to be a little difficult to adjust this software away from a programming use-case, but we have made it work just fine. It's not that big of a deal.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My boss used to write out all of our current projects on the whiteboard and try to update each project with our status of progress, but it was a mess and it was often neglected. Targetprocess has enabled us to track all projects in one easy place, with everyone on the team up to date on what everyone else is doing, and where projects are at and where they need to be when.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | Associate Director of Special Projects, Academic Health Center & UC Health, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

As an administrator and project manager, this program gives you a ton of opportunity to customize workflow and keep track of various metrics, either project-centric or person-centric. It works very well to manage complex interactions and gather survey/report information to help measure performance in the long run.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Emails emails emails. As someone that also receives notifications from further up the food chain, Targetprocess likes to send emails to let everyone know what is happening. Not that communication is a bad thing, but you may come back to your desk to a ton of emails letting you know that things have moved from step to step.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

The workflow management, project management, assignment, and task-tracking aspects of this software are fantastic. Definitely experiment with the settings and auto-generated communications before getting frustrated, as there may be a way to turn on or turn off specific messages that the program automatically sends.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a more visual representation for some of our projects for both our users and for occasional external observers, and Targetprocess solved that problem. We benefit greatly from the clean layout.

  ### 39. Targetprocess Works for Our Process

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The level of customization available for boards, views and cards. The integrations that are possible through webhooks and automated actions with plugins. Communication between team members is easy.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Sometimes entities are hard to find - mostly because users have filtered out the card they're looking for, or search is not finding it for some reason.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teams are able to stay organized on the current work, break down and document user stories into tasks, track effort, and maintain a record of truth for products. Management is able to visualize and prioritize the product roadmap for the department.

  ### 40. Target Process is great for Scrum

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon S. | IT Executive Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Target Process is a very robust and customizable solution for our Scrum Process. We have been able to adjust our workflow to fit our needs

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

it seems that the Filters and reports could be easier to understand for Non-programmers. Also, Turning requests into User Stories works well, but they don't both close when complete.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Give Target Process a shot - it can really make Project Management much easier

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TP to manage our Web Development projects and track our priorities and progress. We can get more done in less time and have lower managerial overhead.

  ### 41. One click allows you to see and understand everything visually

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

Being able to see the process and know where everything is great, the process is simple, visual aesthetic and great for team collaboration. It helps you know where things are in the pipeline and how we are coming along.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

I wish it was more intuitive, it has an overall simple layout. The platform could use more features.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This allows you to increase collaboration, feedback, task tracking. It allows you to know where everything is and what direction you need to go in to get things done.

  ### 42. Useful for development planning and project tracking, could use mobile ui improvements

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

It is easy to customize and visualize task boards using features like color encoding to identify tasks needing immediate attention and help with visualization as tasks move throughout the development process.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The mobile ui is lacking and is difficult to prioritize items in. I often find myself having to login to a computer when needing to get additional information on Target Process items.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Configure your settings to be optimized for your users. Ensure that you use the correct prioritization options or you may run into mobile users problems.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Development organization and prioritization, transparency in development related communication and solutions management

  ### 43. TargetProcess is a good way to track user stories and current status

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

It's very visual so it's pretty easy to see where a task is in the swim lanes. I've had minimal training and have been able to maneuver to do basic things like creating and editing tickets, move tasks around, etc.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The screen refresh is very inconsistent. Sometimes the screen will update right after I save changes and other times it won't, sometimes even after I do both a screen refresh (via TP provided refresh button) and browser refresh.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

I would recommend using TP because the user interface is pretty intuitive and very visual. If you're a key command person, you can do that. But if you prefer to do everything with the mouse/trackpad, this tool is great for that.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using TP for our bug and user story tracking to help keep the company on the same page and going in the right direction. We are using it in an Agile workflow so it's a key part of all of our meetings, from daily sprint standups to backlog grooming and sprint planning.

  ### 44. Good system for what we need

  ### 45. TargetProcess helps me and my team track our work efficiently!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The accessibility of the features and convenience of tracking requests

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

That there's no chat feature to be able to chat live with other users who are logged into Target Process

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

I highly recommend this tracking/managing system!

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problems we are solving are miscommunication between departments and not being able to track work. The benefits I've realized are that we can track all our work in one spot and it eliminates going back through emails.

  ### 46. Fun to use, easy to maintain

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmad Z. | Senior Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

High visibility of tasks. We can easily see which task is assigned to which person at a glance using the profile pictures, which I like the most. Easily customizable to set WIP and the rules around it. Overall, it has definitely contributed towards increasing our day-to-day productivity and has increased the level of transparency.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The dragging of tasks across boards is still quite buggy and lags even on the best configuration machines. This should be fixed on priority.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Though you can definitely try out other free, but please at least once give a chance to Targetprocess. I am sure you will love it and ultimately make it your daily driver.
The only thing which I would like to advise is to see whether you can easily handle the reporting module of the application.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this product as a Kanban board for our project. We moved from using Excel sheets to Targetprocess, after trying out various free alternatives. This satisfied most of our requirements except a few regarding reporting. We are still trying to create custom reports using the tool.

  ### 47. TargetProcess is a great tool for test management. At one place you can find each and every thing.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

The best thing I like its too fast. Never get slow to process.
At one place we can find the UserStory for every Sprint and Linked Test cases and defects,
Reports combination for the tool is also satisfactory.
I will recommend this tool for all users.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Reports do not easily process.
The combination is needed to understand.
The defects logged is not easily found if it is not allocated to particular Sprint

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Test Management Tool.

  ### 48. Targetprocess for Project Managers and SCRUM teams

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

TP makes it easy to associate work with major feature objectives and then track the work's development progress. TP also integrates with a host of other work/code management platforms that makes it easy to use as a central place for work requests.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The custom reporting elements of TP are clunky and seem more like an after thought then a fully realized feature. There are very basic reporting functions such as average time in state, etc. that you cannot do. It definitely a miss given that the platform specializes in work management. The notification elements of TP are also clunky - either you get too many notifications (notified about everything) or none at all. It can make it frustrating to quickly track updates on your own work.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

If you need to do complex reporting, I would advise integrating Target process with another platform that specializes in that. Otherwise Target process is great for work tracking purposes.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TP to run our SCRUM sprints. It definitely helps us stay organized, plan for future sprints, and keep track of the progression of current sprints.

  ### 49. Targetprocess is our go to tool for planning all our daily tasks.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron C. | Software Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

We love having the ability to utilize a kanban process for all our support tasks and having the scrum process for our software release planning. It gives us so much flexibility to set up our own processes without being tied to one someone else suggests we need.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

Having so much flexibility with processes/view/card design it can quickly become overwhelming. We also find it hard to find tasks and views. We find it hard to keep things organized at a high level.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Targetprocess:**

Take the time to go through the user guides which are very helpful in getting set up and started.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize different processes for different types of tasks and Targetprocess gives us the ability to create and utilize our own processes how we need them.

  ### 50. Targetprocess is very flexible and accommodates our unique work flow very well.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan M. | Software Engineer, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2017

**What do you like best about IBM Targetprocess?**

I really enjoy that Targetprocess allows what I call 'inception style organization' and the entities can have many relations. You can have a project which holds epics which is made of features that are made up of stories broken apart by tasks, it's great.

I also really enjoy that you can paste images easily into the inline editor.

**What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess?**

The only reason it doesn't get a 10 out of 10 rating is that once in a blue moon it is slow to load up and navigate. Takes a couple seconds to load maybe? Not thing biggest problem.

**What problems is IBM Targetprocess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use target process to manage a team of about 9 developers. It is great for keeping track of all things related to the development process and allowing product managers to have insight into the dev work without stepping on our toes.
