We started using the target process 1 year ago in the company for the development team and we set up a pmo within the company and we thought about applying targetProcess as a tool for the management of agile projects for projects of implementation and not development. and really the support of the page work with us in being able to arm the logical structure to be able to adapt it to be a tool for management of non-development projects. I really like the graphics and reports that are obtained the way to load the hours. the history of estimates gave us a lot of information to take into account when estimating new projects.
