Apptio Targetprocess is built for Agile teams and excels at planning and management of the most critical intake and development processes to just standard portfolio management. It's not often that you can say that a tool grows with you as you get more advanced and in the weeds of project/product management, but this platform does. What do you dislike about IBM Targetprocess? I don't have any thing that I would say is a dislike. I'm really happy with the overall product experience. I guess if I had to mention something, they don't have as many integrations as others in the same market.
