The inability to supports "exactly once" delivery of data creates limitation in few of the use cases.Although we have managed this through workaround but having ths ability in Streamsets will certainly help. It has the graphical pipeline feature to convert source data and add some processing steps on top it and then send it to target system. It seems simple to implement from a docker image in your environment. Currently, most of the clients different sets of systems like Azure, SAP, Salesforce etc. for different streams in their organisations. For example, an organisation may have SAP for their ERP application but for payments and billing they may be having 3rd party system which communicates via SFTP or APIs, in such cases when data is needed to flow from these 3rd party systems to organisation's own systems, Streamsets like middleware tools are needed.
