Security focus with TPI, two factor authentication, and FCM4 threat detection is excellent. Our technical support through tough issues and design aspects has been great. **What do you dislike about IBM Storage FlashSystem?** Volume Group Snapshots still has some performance fixes that are needed. The fact that we lost CMON support without any guidance on how to fix discovery with ServiceNow was a big disappointment. Having dark mode would be great. Would be nice to pick a previous snapshot for replication. **What problems is IBM Storage FlashSystem solving and how is that benefiting you?** High performance storage for large databases. ### 43.
