When I look up orders, it shows everything I need in good detail. What do you dislike about IBM Sterling Order Management? I'm not sure if this is more the IBM or it is our side, but whenever we need to make modifications, it seems to take a while. It and some other back-end software help sync the order information (like prices, taxes, shipping, promos) to our Epicor software, Our old management system would not did not sync tax, but with IBM, it has decreased our workload due to that issue.
