IBM Sterling OMS has is a comprehensive Order management system, IT's Order Orchestration process is one of the best that marries between different disparate systems across a supply chain. Build on very old architecture it is very robust. It takes lot of time for deployment even if it is for very small change. Its configurator takes lots of time to launch.
