It works today because of the heavy customization we had to do with the software. A lot of the promises we were told about IBM Sterling CPQ did not hold to the business requirements that we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IBM CPQ is a robust proven solution that enables our customers to be successful in simplifying and accelerating the sale of complex goods and services, regardless of channel. If there are capabilities you need that IBM CPQ does not support, we would like to understand what those are so we can validate that they are really not supported (or if applicable). We've had several releases since June of 2016 so it's possible gaps have been addressed.
