What do you like best about IBM SevOne?

As mentioned in the title, this platform is pretty easy to get started upon in terms of architecture and implementation with a minimal learning curve and it delivers what it promises - it is able to collect data from disparate sources and provide a good basis for analytics. What do you dislike about IBM SevOne?

The user interface could perhaps be improved and made much more straight forward to allow customization by the users so that it could provide an overall superior experience to the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
