**What do you like best about IBM Services Software Model Builder?**

Currently, we are exploring this platform with few use cases using the IBM cloud capabilities. It is easy to set up, has a friendly UI and has excellent IBM team support.

**What do you dislike about IBM Services Software Model Builder?**

This platform has limited documentation, is costly and has fewer options to learn and play around unless you are an IBM Cloud certified or expert in Machine Learning concepts.

**What problems is IBM Services Software Model Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As said, if you are an ML expert, this platform is easy to build and deploy to production environments. This is a new leaf in exploring innovation and value add to the portfolio.
