I love how easy it was to get started with Process Mining. Integration went smoothly. I still remember the transitional period and how I was apprehensive initially. However, getting started so was easy and I especially love the fluid UI. Unlike most of enterprise solutions, Process Mining was really easy to get started. Not much expect that it was a little harder for us to justify the cost of procuring the solution. That's the only downside we would love to be addressed in the future. The volume of data is so huge that it's not possible to get insights about customer behaviours and spending patterns conveniently. This is where IBM Process Mining comes into play. It did the job as described. Plus, it did not need a herculean effort to configure it. The interface is pleasing, which led to an ease of use. The use of AI made it simpler as there was no repetition. I enjoyed how it permitted the monitoring of processes. The USP of the product is the automation and that's why it got a vote from me. What do you dislike about IBM Process Mining? The biggest issue I had is the pricing. It's unfortunate that this is more than what one can afford. There should be a lower price range. Allowing our client to optimize their business processes. The biggest advantage was that it reduced costs, though the price of a subscription did not help.It is good for helping make business decisions because of how AI has been used within this.
