What I like most about IBM OpenPages is the visibility it gives us into risk and compliance across the business. Instead of reacting to issues after they become problems, we can spot trends early and see where controls are breaking down. The dashboards and reporting make it easier to explain risk to leadership in a way that actually makes sense, not just in technical terms. I also appreciate how structured it is. It forces better discipline around risk assessments, issue management, and remediation, which has improved how teams follow processes. Once it’s set up properly, it becomes a reliable source of truth that people trust, especially during audits and reviews. One thing that works especially well with IBM OpenPages is how it supports long-term consistency. Once processes are defined and embedded, it’s easier to keep everyone aligned even as teams change or new requirements come in. That stability really helps during audits and reviews because there’s a clear trail of decisions, actions, and ownership. I also like how well it handles complex structures.
